Why I rebuilt it

I Used to Do Every Hand-off Myself

Here's what used to happen when someone joined HBA through my link.

The sale email landed. I opened my customer list. I found their affiliate ID, copied it into a page, built their welcome email, and sent it from my own inbox. About 15 minutes, if nothing went wrong.

Something often went wrong. A number pasted twice. A link copied from an email that changed it. A form number borrowed from my own example page. Every one of those meant a person waiting on me before they could start.

A machine that needs you to turn the crank by hand isn't a machine. It's a chore.

So I took my hands out of it. The welcome goes out on its own the day someone joins. They type their own ID once, and HBA's own records check it before their pages are built. Then everything after that runs by itself.

When someone joins HBA through your link, they don't start from a blank page. They get this same start page, this same funnel and these same nine emails, with their own name on every page.

When they bring someone in, that person gets one too. The machine copies itself, one member at a time.

Here's the catch, said plainly. HBA pays one tier. You earn on the people you refer yourself, not on the people they bring in later. The copying helps the people you bring in get going. It doesn't pay you on their sales.
