15 minutes. Near the end I mention a start page "in your email". Yours comes after Step 2 below, with your affiliate ID already in it.
It's been a while. Close to three years, if I'm honest.
I retired and went completely dark. No videos, no posts. And I watched my own residual shrink the whole time I was gone.
No activity, no growth.
If you stepped away too, I get it. Maybe you bought in, did what you were told, and the money didn't come back. So you cut back. I'd have done the same.
Here's what I found when I went looking for the reason.
Why do most HBA affiliates earn nothing?
Most HBA affiliates earn nothing because they never put their link in front of anyone, week after week. HBA's own income disclosure for the 12 months to 31 August 2026 shows 1,537 affiliates. Only about 730 sent even five visitors to their links all year, and the median affiliate earned $0.
Think about that.
More than half of them never really promoted. That's not a product problem. It's a DOING problem, and it's the one part we can fix.
So I studied 32 top producers and how they actually do it. Not what they earn. HOW. Then I built it, step by step, for HBA.
What do you get?
- Your own capture page. Your name, your email and your affiliate ID on it. The same page I use.
- Your own list in the HBA Emailer. Leads go to YOU, not to me.
- Nine follow-up emails over 14 days, already written. You don't write a word of them.
- A short link to share, and a test at the end that tells you the whole funnel works.
- One email a week for 3 months once you're verified, each with one thing to do. It's aimed at the stretch where most people quit.
What's the catch?
There are three. You should hear them before you click anything.
- It runs on Funnel Builder, $25 a month. That's the only thing you need. It also switches your HBA Emailer back on, which sends your nine emails.
- Setup takes about 90 minutes, on a desktop or laptop, in one go. Not on a phone.
- It doesn't promise you money. A funnel doesn't fix the doing on its own. What you do with it every week does.
And the straight version on HBA itself: I grade it B-minus on opportunitygrade.com, "proceed with care". I stayed because it pays on one level, nobody's pushed to recruit, and the company publishes its numbers.
I teach the glass walk. The glass doesn't care how you feel about it. You feel the fear, and you step anyway.
How do you come back?
Switch Funnel Builder back on
$25 a month. Cancel any time from Manage subscription in your HBA profile. It stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
If you've had Funnel Builder before, this counts as a reactivation, and HBA's 72-hour money-back doesn't cover reactivations.
I earn a commission if you join through this link. It costs you the same.
Still inside a month you've already paid for? Restart it instead at thehba.app/profile, under Billing and payment methods.
Tell me you're back
Got it. I'm checking your account now. Your start page is on its way by email, with your affiliate ID already in it.
Nothing in your inbox by tomorrow? Check spam and the Promotions tab, then reply to any email from me.
Put in your name and email. I'll check your account and send you your start page, with your affiliate ID already filled in.
Not the email on your HBA account? That's fine. Reply to my welcome email with the name on your account, and I'll find you.
Block out 90 minutes and build it
Your start page walks you through every click, and it tests the whole thing at the end. Stuck? Reply with the Part and Step you're on. I read these myself.
Coming back to HBA: your questions
Do I need to buy anything besides Funnel Builder?
No. Funnel Builder, at $25 a month, runs your pages and switches the HBA Emailer back on. Premium and FLA are optional. The funnel doesn't need either of them.
Do I have to recruit anyone?
No. HBA pays one level. You earn when someone buys through your link, and nothing on the people they bring in. Almost half of HBA's paying customers never touch the affiliate side at all. They just want the software.
I can't find the HBA login page. Where is it?
It moved. It's thehba.app/login now. Builder by HBA is inside the same login, so one password gets you everything.
What if I'm building something else now?
Then reply to my email and tell me what you're working on. I read every reply, and I'd rather hear from you than guess.
Bless and be blessed,
