Pages shared by independent affiliates

Independent affiliates of The Home Business Academy (HBA) can share their own copy of pages on this site. A shared copy shows a “Shared with you by” card with their name.

• They are independent. They are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of Listech Inc, and they cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.
• We supply the pages. The affiliate decides where to share them, and is responsible for their own advertising, their own emails and anything they say outside these pages.
• Figures about Rob Fore and his customers are Rob Fore's. They are not the sharing affiliate's results.

Rules for affiliates who share a copy

If you set up your own copy of these pages, you may share it while you are an HBA affiliate in good standing. In return you agree that:

• You will not remove or change the legal disclaimer, the earnings figures, their sources, or the statement that the 297-customer records are Rob Fore's.
• You will not add income claims, promises or testimonials to what the pages say, in the pages or in anything you use to promote them.
• You will follow HBA's affiliate terms, the FTC's rules on endorsements and earnings claims, and the anti-spam laws that apply to you, including an unsubscribe link and your postal address in every marketing email.
• You will say, in plain words, that you earn a commission, wherever you promote a link.
• You will email only people who opted in to hear from you. No bought, rented or scraped lists.

We may withdraw this permission from any affiliate at any time, including by turning off their short link.

Purchases happen somewhere else

Nothing is sold, billed or refunded on this site. When you buy through a link here you buy from that company, on its checkout and under its terms, including its billing, trials, cancellation and refund rules. For HBA, those are at thehba.app/terms-of-service. Check the current price and terms on the company's own page before you buy.

Accuracy

We work to be accurate, and we date the figures and prices we check. Prices, products and pay plans still change, sometimes without notice. Check anything important against the company's own current material before you act on it. We are not responsible for reliance on information that has since changed.

Other sites

We link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

Intellectual property

The content on the site is owned by Listech Inc or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. • scrape or copy the site at a volume that slows it down for others;
• misrepresent your connection with us or with Rob Fore.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Listech Inc and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listech Inc from any claim arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, and, if you are an affiliate sharing a copy, from any claim arising from how you promoted it.

Governing law

These terms are treated as made and performed in Washoe County, Nevada, and are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
