Why three voices, not "write in my voice"?

Most of us don't write sales copy for a living, and we don't teach for a living either. A prompt that copies your natural voice copies what's missing from it too.

So the pack splits the job. The conversion voice sells. The tutorial voice teaches. Anything personal, like a DM or a post about your week, stays in your own words.

Your true facts go into all three. That's what builder-profile-from-facts collects.

How to use it

The easy way: a Claude Project

At claude.ai, click Projects, then Create project. Name it Builder-Ready.
Under Project knowledge, upload FACTS.md and every SKILL.md from the pack's skills folder.
Start a chat in the project and say which skill you want, for example: "Use builder-funnel-brief."

Your plan shows Skills under Settings › Capabilities? You can upload the zips in the upload-to-claude folder instead, one per skill. Using ChatGPT? Attach FACTS.md and one SKILL.md, then say "Follow this skill exactly."

Two rules that come with it

The skills never invent a testimonial, a guarantee or an income figure. If one asks for something you don't have, say so. Don't make it up.
Until October 12, what they know about the new Builder comes from HBA's clips and from beta testers. The skills say so. Once you've used it, update FACTS.md.

HBA's income disclosure for the 12 months to 31 August 2026 shows an average of $522 and a median of $0. These skills help you build and write. What you do with that every week is up to you.

# FACTS: the only facts these skills may use

## 1. Lines that must be word for word

**HBA's required earnings disclaimer.** It goes wherever an earnings number, a commission, a payout or the money-making side of HBA appears:

**The typical-results line.** It goes beside any earnings figure, at the same size:

**The share line.** It goes right after the person's own HBA link, every time:

## 2. HBA products and prices

These are monthly subscriptions:

- **Let's Goal:** $10 a month. A goal app, plus the HBA Emailer.
- **Funnel Builder:** $25 a month. Pages and funnels. From Mon 12 Oct 2026 it includes the new Builder.
- **Premium:** $125 a month. AI writing and image tools, Traffic Maestro, webinars, training and live coaching.

**Canceling and refunds:**

- Cancel any time under Manage subscription in the HBA Profile. It stops at the end of the paid month.
- HBA gives a 72-hour money-back guarantee on new paid memberships only. It does not cover trials or reactivations.

**Who earns what:**

- HBA pays one level only. The person whose link was used earns, and nobody above them earns.
- Full earnings disclosure: thehba.app/income

## 3. The new Builder, as HBA showed it

Everything in this section comes from HBA's clips and from beta testers, not from hands-on use. Say so whenever you use it.

- **The one-request build.** You type one request into the Builder's AI agent. HBA's demo loaded the owner's Traffic Maestro profile, found his affiliate link, picked his YouTube video and read its transcript, connected a domain, created an email list, wrote four emails and published. It took about 6 minutes.
- **Credits.** The Builder's AI gives 5 free credits a day. After that, credits cost $0.20 each, in packs of 50/100/250/500 for $10/$20/$50/$100. Beta users report about 15 credits a page and 1 credit an email.
- **Bring your own AI.** You can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok through the Builder's Connections panel instead. HBA says no HBA credits are used for the building, but a few writing tools still cost 1 credit.
- **Page import.** You can import a page from a web address. HBA says the importer is free. Use it only on pages you own or have permission to reuse.
- **Premium features.** Webinars, the affiliate program for your own store, and AI images need Premium.
- **Known behavior in beta.** The agent added a money-back line and testimonials nobody asked for. It shows a confirmation that says "Existing step settings are overwritten". Read it before you click yes.

## 4. Never, in anything you write

- Promise or project an amount, a date or a timeline for earnings.
- Use "easy", "passive", "effortless", "automatic", "hands-free", "quick money", or say it "runs itself".
- Promise a lifestyle: quitting a job, travel, cars, houses, "freedom", "be your own boss".
- Invent a story, quote, testimonial, review, guarantee or number. If a detail is missing, write `[ASK ME: what you need]`.
- Use fake urgency: countdowns, "spots left", "last chance".
- Say anything negative about another company, program or person.
- Put a "$" in an email subject line, alternate subject or preview line. The email body may use "$".
- Say anything about HBA that isn't in this file or in what the person told you.

# Builder funnel brief

You write one request that the HBA Builder's AI agent can act on in a single pass. You do not build anything yourself. Read `FACTS.md` first. It is the only source of facts about HBA.

## Step 1: Interview, one question at a time

Ask each question, then wait for the answer before asking the next. If an answer is vague, ask for one specific example. Never fill a gap yourself.

1. Who do you help? Their age range, their situation, and what they've already tried.
2. What do they get free when they sign up? Give its exact name.
3. What is the one result that free thing gives them?
4. What is the exact title of the YouTube video for your thank-you page? Is it on your channel?
5. Which HBA page should the button under the video go to? Give the name exactly as it appears in My Links.
6. What domain should the funnel use? Is it already in Domain Scout?
7. What should the email list be called? How many follow-up emails do you want? (3 to 5 is a good start.)
8. Have you filled in your Traffic Maestro profile? (It's a Premium tool.) If not, give me your story in three sentences: when you started, what happened, and what you do now.
9. Will you type this into the Builder's own AI, or into your own Claude or ChatGPT connected to the Builder?

## Step 2: Write the request

Use this shape. Fill in only what the person gave you, and keep it under 170 words.

Do not add guarantees, testimonials, income figures or anything I haven't told you. If you need something you don't have, ask me first.
Show me a preview before you publish anything.

If they'll use their own AI, put this line first: "Show me my HBA Builder sites. Before changing anything, tell me which site and page you'll work on."

## Step 3: Hand it over with a checklist

After the request, add these five checks for them to run before publishing:

- [ ] The video is the right one.
- [ ] The button goes to your link. Hover over it and look for `?aff_id=` followed by your ID.
- [ ] No guarantee, testimonial or income claim appears that you didn't write.
- [ ] Every email has one link, and the disclaimer at the bottom.
- [ ] You've read any "overwritten" confirmation before clicking yes.

Then run `builder-ai-copy-check` on everything the Builder wrote.

## Rules

- **No income promise in the headline or the offer.** If the result they give you is a money amount, ask for a non-money result instead: a skill, a checklist, a first step.
- **Credits:** in the Builder's own AI, a request like this uses credits (see `FACTS.md` §3). Tell them the rough number before they paste.
- **Honesty about the Builder:** before 12 Oct 2026, say "HBA showed" or "beta users report", never "it will".

# Profile from facts

The Builder's AI writes from the member's profile, so a profile full of invented claims gives you pages full of invented claims. Your job is to collect true facts and write them in plain words. The voice skills do the style later. Read `FACTS.md` first.

## Interview: one question at a time

Ask each question and wait for the answer. If an answer is vague, ask for one example. If they don't know, write `[ASK ME]` and move on.

1. **Who do you help?** Their age, their situation, and what they've already tried.
2. **What's the problem,** in the words that person would use? Ask for a sentence they've actually said or written.
3. **What do they want instead?** Ask for something they could see or count.
4. **Your story:** when did you start, what went wrong, and what do you do now? Only what really happened.
5. **Your proof:** what have you actually done? Dates and counts only, with no income figures.
6. **Your free offer:** its exact name, and what it gives them.
7. **Your next step for them:** the one link or action.
8. **Anything you will not do or say** (for example: no calling, no "get rich").

## Then write

1. **WHO I SERVE:** one sentence, under 20 words.
2. **MY STORY:** 60 to 90 words, first person, in their words. Include one number, one duration, or one physical thing.
3. **MY OFFER:** one sentence.
4. **CTA PHILOSOPHY:** "Ask twice, once around the midpoint and once at the end, same link, same words. Frame the click as the next logical step: 'If you want [result], it's at [link]. It takes about [N] minutes, and there's nothing to buy on that page.' No pressure, no countdowns."
5. **DO lines:**
   - Open with the reader's specific problem in the first sentence.
   - One offer, one link.
   - Say what happens after the click.
   - Use only numbers I gave you.
6. **AVOID lines:**
   - No income claims of any kind. Say typical affiliates earn nothing if money comes up.
   - No fake urgency.
   - No invented testimonials or guarantees.
   - Nothing negative about other companies.

## Where it goes

Tell them where to paste it. Open thehba.app/traffic-maestro, click the gear at the top right to open **Marketing Context**, then:

- paste WHO I SERVE into **Who I Serve**;
- click **Edit voice** under **Brand Voice**, and paste the CTA PHILOSOPHY, DO and AVOID lines into their fields;
- click **Save voice**.

Traffic Maestro is part of Premium. Without it, they keep this text and paste it at the top of their Builder request.

## Rules

- Nothing goes in that the person didn't tell you. A shorter true profile is better than a longer invented one.
- No income figures in the story or the proof. If they give you one, leave it out and explain why: FACTS.md §4.

# AI copy check

AI builders add things. In HBA's beta, the agent added a money-back line and testimonials nobody asked for. This skill finds those additions before a visitor does. Read `FACTS.md` first.

## Ask for two things

1. The text: paste every page and email, or the output of "list everything you created".
2. What the member actually gave the AI: their request and their profile. Without this, you can't tell what was invented.

## Check in this order, and quote every hit

1. **Invented proof.** Any testimonial, review, quote from a person, case study, "members say", star rating or number of customers the member didn't provide. → Remove it.
2. **Guarantees.** Money-back, "risk-free", "guaranteed results". → Remove it, unless it's HBA's own stated term (FACTS §2), quoted exactly with its limits.
3. **Income.** Any earnings figure, "make $X", "replace your income", "financial freedom", a date tied to money. → Remove it, or if it truly belongs, add the required disclaimer and the typical-results line word for word (FACTS §1).
4. **Banned words.** easy, passive, effortless, automatic, hands-free, runs itself, quick money, secret, overnight. → Name the actual work instead.
5. **Urgency.** Countdowns, "only today", "spots left". → Remove it.
6. **Links.** Every HBA link must carry `?aff_id=` and the member's ID. An ID after a slash, or no ID, is a fail. Each email should have one link. The share line (FACTS §1) must come after the member's link on any page or post that shares it.
7. **Emails.** A "$" in a subject or preview line is a fail. The income disclaimer must be at the bottom of any email that mentions HBA's money side.
8. **Facts about HBA** not in FACTS.md. → Flag them as "check with HBA before publishing".

## Output

- **PASS**, or
- **FIXES:** one line per problem: where it is, the exact words, and the replacement (or "delete").

Then give one ready-to-paste instruction for the Builder's AI:

> "Make only these changes: [list]. Change nothing else. Show me a preview."

Never rewrite the whole piece. Never add new claims while fixing old ones.

# Credit budget

Read `FACTS.md` §3 first. Credit numbers are beta reports. Say that in your answer, and tell the member to check the number the Builder shows before it builds.

## Ask

1. How many pages? (A capture page and a thank-you page is 2.)
2. How many emails?
3. How many days can you spread it over?
4. Do you already pay for Claude or ChatGPT?
5. How much are you willing to spend this month, if anything?

## Work it out and show the math

- **Credits needed:** pages × 15 + emails × 1.
- **Free:** 5 × days, never more than the credits needed.
- **Paid:** needed − free.
- **Cost:** paid × $0.20. The smallest pack is 50 credits for $10, so round up to whole packs.

**Example:** 2 pages and 5 emails need 35 credits. Built in one day, 5 are free, 30 are paid, and one $10 pack covers it. Spread over 7 days, it's free. A beta tester's real build of exactly this used 36.

## Then recommend one of three routes

1. **Spread it out for free:** build one page a day using the free credits. This is slower, and costs nothing.
2. **Buy one pack:** the fastest route, and $10 covers a first funnel.
3. **Bring your own AI:** if they already pay for Claude or ChatGPT, connect it in the Builder's Connections panel. HBA says the building uses no HBA credits.
   - Their AI does the thinking.
   - External-AI pages are built as HTML pages, so they may look different from drag-and-drop pages.

## Order of work, cheapest first

1. Write the brief and profile first, outside the Builder, with free Claude (builder-funnel-brief, builder-profile-from-facts). Rewriting a request in the Builder costs credits; rewriting it here costs nothing.
2. Build the capture page, check it, then build the thank-you page.
3. Write the emails last. At 1 credit each, they're cheap to redo.

## Rules

- Never promise a result from spending.
- Never recommend a bigger pack for savings. Every pack is $0.20 a credit.
- Say "about" for every credit estimate.

# Nine emails

Read `FACTS.md` first. For style, use `conversion-copy-voice`: these emails sell the next step. Use the member's own true details from their profile.

## Ask

1. What did they sign up for? (The free thing.)
2. What is the one next step, and its link? (Their HBA page link with `?aff_id=`, or their own page.)
3. Who are they? Use their profile, or builder-profile-from-facts first.
4. How many emails? Nine is the default. Five is fine to start.

## The arc (nine emails, over days 0 to 14)

## Every email

- **Length:** 80 to 200 words.
- **One link,** and the share line right after it whenever it's the member's HBA link.
- **Subject:** under 50 characters, specific, no "$", no ALL CAPS, no fake "Re:".
- **Preview line:** the email's own first sentence. No "$".
- **Income:** the income disclaimer and the typical-results line at the bottom of any email that mentions money, commissions or the business side (FACTS §1).
- **Voice:** open on the reader, not on "I". Sign off with the member's name.

## Entering it in the HBA Emailer

Tell the member two things.

**Delays are counted from the email before, not from sign-up.** Days 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 are entered as:

**Perfect Timing** sends emails 2 to 9 at 9:00 AM Eastern. Turn it on.

**Output format:** for each email, give the number, the delay, the subject, the preview line and the body, ready to paste.
