What to do when someone signs up

This is the whole job, and it is one link. Send them their own copy of your bonus page — the same address, with their affiliate ID on the end instead of yours. Every document on it rebuilds itself for them: their name, their links, their commission. You do not build anything and you do not ask me for anything.

First: how you find out somebody joined

HBA emails you. The subject line is “Hot diggitty money-dancing DOG you just made a SALE from <Customer Name>”. The body opens with “Boom Shaka Laka!”, and past the celebrating, the bottom of it carries exactly what you need:

Read the Billing Type. Rebill is an existing customer paying again and needs nothing from you. New Sale is the one that does. Most of them are rebills — a recent twenty-day stretch on one account ran 48 rebills to 2 new sales — so this is a quick glance, not a job.

If you ever miss one, everything is also on My Commissions — click any row to expand it and their email is there.

One case needs a second look. The Sale Type tells you what is new, not what they own. Somebody upgrading shows a New Sale row for the upgrade alone — so if the name is already a customer of yours, open My Customers and read their badges before ticking the boxes below.

Paste their HBA affiliate ID here and the link and the email below fill themselves in. Copy their ID from My Customers in your HBA back office rather than typing it — a wrong ID does not show an error anywhere, it simply credits somebody else.

Their name goes on every page you send them: “I am Jack Rainbolt, an independent affiliate…”. Type it the way My Customers shows it. Left blank, the pages say “your HBA contact”.

Tick what you see on their record in My Customers, badge for badge. Products are a set, not a ladder — plenty of people own FLA without Premium, or Premium without Funnel Builder. Ignore any FF badge: that is a Funnel Fest event ticket, it pays no commission, and there is no bonus attached to it.

This does not change what they can open — every document is on the page either way. It changes what the page says and what it offers them next, so nobody is sold something they already bought.

The email to send with it

Ready to paste, with their link already in it. Put their first name at the top and send it from your own email.

Send it from your own inbox, not from the HBA Emailer — a first email from a real address lands better, and they already know your name.
