A quick word on where this comes from. HBA showed the new Builder at their Freedom Fest event and posted the clips at thehba.app/sneak-peek. I haven't used it myself yet. It opens to members on October 12. Everything below is set up in parts of HBA that already exist, so none of it waits on the launch.

1. The 7 things to set up

On stage, the AI read the owner's profile, found his link and his video, checked his domains and lists, and then built. Each step below gives it one of those things.

STEP 1

Fill in your Traffic Maestro profile

About 15 minutes

Why: HBA's demo says the AI "loaded your marketing profile from Traffic Maestro... it knows your market, it knows their problems, it knows your story."

Open thehba.app/traffic-maestro. New to it? The profile wizard walks you through it.
Click the gear icon at the top right. A panel called Marketing Context opens.
Under WHO I SERVE, write one sentence about the person you help.
Under BRAND VOICE, click Edit voice, and fill in CTA PHILOSOPHY. An empty one means the AI makes up its own call to action.
Put your true story in: how long you've been doing this, what you've actually done, what you actually sell. The AI can only be as honest as what you give it.

Traffic Maestro is part of HBA Premium. No Premium? Prompt 10 below writes the same facts for you, and you paste them into the Builder's AI instead.

STEP 2

Get a domain

About 10 minutes

Why: the demo funnel went live on its own domain. HBA says it works "similar to the existing builder, where you get a subdomain for all of your pages, and then you'll just connect your main domain."

Open Domain Scout.
Pick something short that you can say out loud and spell over the phone.
Already own one somewhere else? You can use it, but HBA recommends Domain Scout domains because they're "fully integrated with HBA."

STEP 3

Make an email list

About 3 minutes

Why: the demo request asked for "a new email list" and four emails. Having one ready means your first build connects straight to it.

Open the Emailer. It comes with Funnel Builder, Let's Goal or Premium.
Go to Contacts/CRM, then Lists, and create a list. Name it after your funnel, for example Day One Leads.
Leave it empty. The AI can also make a new one for you. This one is your spare.

STEP 4

Record one short YouTube video

About 20 minutes, phone is fine

Why: the AI went to the owner's YouTube channel, found the video he named, and put it on his thank-you page. It also read the video's words so the page matched.

Record 3 to 5 minutes: who you are, who you help, and what they get when they sign up.
Upload it to your YouTube channel with a clear title, so you can ask the AI for it by name.

STEP 5

Put your affiliate links in one place

About 5 minutes

Why: the AI "went to your affiliate link section" and picked the link the owner asked for.

Open My Links.
Choose the one page you want your funnel to send people to, and note its name exactly as HBA shows it.
Your links end in ?aff_id= and your ID. That's what credits you.

STEP 6

Write your offer in one sentence

About 10 minutes

Why: the AI needs to know what a visitor gets for their email. Without it, it guesses.

Fill in: "I help [who] get [one specific result] with a free [video, checklist or guide], so they can [what they'll do next]."

No income promises. "A free checklist that shows you which of the 8 pieces you're missing" is fine. "Make $500 a week" isn't.

STEP 7

Set your credit budget

Use the calculator in section 2. Then decide: pay in credits, or connect your own ChatGPT or Claude (see prompt 2).

2. Your credit budget

The Builder comes with Funnel Builder, $25 a month. The AI runs on credits: 5 free a day, then 20 cents each, in packs from $10 to $100. Members testing it report about 15 credits for a page and 1 for an email. Treat those as estimates until the 12th. I'll update this page once I've used it.

3. The 10 prompts

Change everything in [square brackets] to your own details before you paste. Prompts 1 and 3 to 9 go into the Builder's AI on the 12th. Prompt 2 is for your own ChatGPT or Claude. Prompt 10 works in any AI, today.

1. The one-request funnel

Paste into the Builder's AI agent on the 12th. It's built on the request HBA used on stage.

Build me a lead capture page and a thank-you page for [the name of what I'm giving away].
Use my Traffic Maestro marketing profile for who I serve and how I talk.
On the capture page, the headline promises: [my one-sentence offer].
On the thank-you page, use my YouTube video called "[exact video title]" and put a button under it that goes to my [exact name of the HBA page] affiliate link.
Connect the funnel to my domain [mydomain.com].
Create a new email list called [list name] and write [4] follow-up emails, one link in each, with the income disclaimer at the bottom.
Do not add guarantees, testimonials, income figures or anything I haven't told you. If you need something you don't have, ask me first.
Show me a preview before you publish anything.

2. Bring your own AI: the first message

After you connect ChatGPT or Claude to the Builder (the Builder's Connections panel shows the steps), send this first. It's the starter message HBA's own setup suggests, plus one line.

Show me my HBA Builder sites. Before changing anything, tell me which site and page you'll work on. After each change, give me a preview link before publishing.
Never add guarantees, testimonials or income claims that I haven't given you.

3. Check what it wrote

Paste after any build. Members testing it found the AI added a money-back line and testimonials nobody asked for.

Go through every page and email you just made. List every sentence that contains:
- a guarantee or refund promise,
- a testimonial, review or quote from a person,
- an income, earnings or "results" claim, or a dollar figure,
- words like easy, passive, automatic, fast money.
For each one, tell me where it is and whether I gave you that information. Remove anything I didn't give you. Don't change anything else.

4. Three better headlines

For the capture page, once it's built.

Write 3 new headlines for my capture page. Each one names the person I help and the one result the free [thing] gives them. Under 14 words. No hype, no income promises, no exclamation marks. Then tell me which one you'd test first and why, in one sentence.

5. What did you build?

Makes it explain everything back, so you know what's live.

List everything you just created or changed: each page and its address, the form and which list it feeds, each email with its subject and its one link, and any setting you changed. Tell me what's published and what's still a draft. Plain English, no jargon.

6. Fix one email

For any email that reads like a robot wrote it.

Rewrite email [number] in my voice from my Traffic Maestro profile. Keep it under 180 words, one link only, the subject line under 50 characters with no dollar sign. Start with something the reader is dealing with today, not with me. Keep the income disclaimer at the bottom exactly as it is.

7. Rebuild a page you own

The Builder can import a page from a web address. Use it on your own pages, or ones you have permission to reuse.

I've imported a page I own. Keep the layout and the design exactly as they are. Rewrite every heading and paragraph for [who I serve] and my offer: [my one-sentence offer]. Replace every image of a person or product that isn't mine with a plain placeholder, and list what you replaced.

8. The thank-you video script

If you haven't recorded Step 4 yet. Works in any AI today.

Write me a 3-minute script for a video I'll record on my phone. I'm [my name]. I help [who] with [problem]. The viewer has just signed up for [my free thing]. The script: say hello and thank them, tell one true 20-second story about why I do this, say what the free thing gives them, then tell them the one next step: [the button under the video]. No income claims. Short sentences I can say out loud.

9. Make it a funnel

If it built pages but didn't connect them.

Put these pages in order as one funnel: the capture page first, then the thank-you page. Make the form on the capture page add people to my [list name] list and send them to the thank-you page. Before you change the funnel order, tell me exactly which existing settings will be overwritten, and wait for me to say yes.

10. Write my profile from my own facts

Works in any AI today, including free ChatGPT or Claude. It interviews you first, then writes the text for Step 1.

Interview me, one question at a time, to write my marketing profile. Ask me: who I help (age, situation, what they've already tried), the problem they'd describe in their own words, what they want instead, my true story in a few sentences (when I started, what went wrong, what I do now), what I offer for free, and what I recommend they do next.
Wait for each answer before asking the next question. Don't invent anything. If an answer is vague, ask me for one specific example.
When we're done, write:
1. WHO I SERVE: one sentence.
2. MY STORY: 80 words, in my words.
3. MY OFFER: one sentence.
4. CALL TO ACTION: two sentences, the same link both times, no pressure, no income claims.

4. Join before it opens
