Check Your Email. The prompts, the credit calculator and skills are on your Day-One Kit page, and I've emailed you the link. First, the reason it exists.
"I signed up. Now what?"
You know the feeling. You join something, you're fired up, and you log in to a back office and a wall of training videos. Module 1 of 12.
Somewhere in there is the real job description. Research your market. Learn copywriting. Learn enough SEO to be found. Build a capture page. Make a form. Connect it to a list. Write seven emails. Test it all. Fix what broke.
A few weekends later you have one page. It looks homemade, and nobody has seen it yet.
Then you sponsor somebody, and you get to teach it all over again. They ask you where the button is. They ask again next week. Plenty of them quit before their page ever goes live. It isn't the business that beats them. It's the learning curve.
Every tool you've bought told you what to do. This one does it.
Watch the AI plan it, then build it
At HBA's Freedom Fest event, Mike typed one request into the new Builder. He asked for a capture page, a thank-you page with a YouTube video, a domain, a new email list and four follow-up emails. Here's the plan the AI ran, read out from its own log:
1. Loaded the owner's marketing profile: his market, their problems, his story
2. Found his affiliate link and the YouTube video he named
3. Checked his domains and his email lists
4. Loaded its positioning, opt-in offer and direct-response copy playbooks
5. Read the video's transcript, so the page would match it
6. Wrote the pages, added stock photos, set up the form
7. Made the list, wrote four emails, connected them to the form
8. Published. About six minutes.
That's the research, the copywriting, the page, the form and the emails. The work you'd have spent weeks learning. Watch it happen:
Watch the AI agent work
Watch for: This is the plan above, happening. Listen for each step as it's read out: the profile, the link, the video, the domain, the list, the playbooks, the transcript. Then Mike opts in to the live page, and the video on his thank-you page is the one he asked for.
It wrote the emails too. 馃く
Watch for: The emails. Nobody wrote them beforehand: the AI wrote four, put the links in, made the list and connected it to the form. Watch at 0:18: the first name didn't fill in, and they say they'll fix it. It's a live demo, bug and all, which is why you read before you publish.
Bring your own AI
Watch for: The free-Claude part. Connect the Claude or ChatGPT you already have, about 2 minutes, and just tell it what to build. HBA says no HBA credits and no extra cost.
Ever find a page online and think "I wish mine looked like that"? 馃憖
Watch for: Paste the web address of a page you like, and it rebuilds it as a page you can edit. Paul says the importer is free because it isn't AI. Use it on pages you own or have permission to reuse.

Run it from free Claude
Here's the part that surprised me. You don't have to pay for an AI to drive this.
HBA's Builder has a connection for your own AI. Free Claude lets you add one custom connector, and HBA's is the one you need. HBA says setup takes about 2 minutes. After that, you type in an ordinary Claude chat, and Claude works inside your HBA account. By HBA's own documentation, it can:
- Build pages and whole sites on a free web address, and publish when you say so
- Make your sign-up forms
- Make email lists in the HBA Emailer, HBA's built-in autoresponder, and write your follow-up sequence into it
- Connect a domain you bought through HBA
You see a preview before anything goes live. HBA says building this way uses no HBA credits.
Two limits to know. Free Claude has a daily message limit, so a big build may need two sittings, or a paid plan. And from HBA's documentation, your own AI builds plain pages. The store, courses and blog are done in the Builder itself, with its own AI.
And your team?
This is the part I care about most. You used to teach every new teammate weeks of how-to. Now you hand them the same kit and one request to paste. The Builder can also share a finished funnel as a copy, and HBA's code has team pages, where one page carries each teammate's own ID.
Do you need Premium?
HBA Premium is $125 a month. It holds Traffic Maestro, where the marketing profile the AI read on stage lives. It also has webinars, AI images and AI writing tools.
To build your funnel, you don't need it. My Builder-Ready Skills Pack comes free when you join through my link, and it covers the profile. One skill interviews you in free Claude and writes your market, their problems and your story. You paste that into your first request, and the AI has the same facts it read on stage.
Where Premium does make sense is if you want HBA itself to become another affiliate income stream. HBA only pays commissions on products you own, so to earn on Premium you have to own Premium. The Funnel Builder order form has a checkbox for a free 14-day Premium trial. After 14 days it's $125 a month, unless you cancel before then. HBA says trial members can earn commissions from day 1. The trial has no money-back guarantee.
HBA's published earnings disclosure reports that for the 12 months ending August 31, 2026, the average active affiliate earned $522 and the median active affiliate earned $0.
What it costs, next to the tools you've heard of

The Builder's own AI gives you 5 free credits a day, then 20 cents a credit. Testers report about 15 credits a page and 1 an email. Sending email uses Emailer credits, and extra ones are $1 per 1,000.
What it won't do
- It builds the machine. It doesn't bring the people. Putting your page in front of folks every week is still your job.
- Read everything before it goes live. Testers found the AI added a money-back promise and testimonials nobody asked for. In HBA's own demo, the first name didn't fill in on the first email.
- It's brand new. I haven't used it myself yet, and I'm not in the test group. On October 12 I'll build one live on camera, bugs and all.
What happens after you join
Here's exactly what you get from me, and when.
- Right awayHBA's own welcome. Your login, and the Funnel Builder and Emailer in your account.
- Within a dayA welcome email from me, with your own setup link. HBA tells me when someone joins through my link, and I send it myself. No email by the next day? Reply to any of my emails, and it reaches me.
- IncludedThe Builder-Ready Skills Pack. Seven Claude skills that work in free Claude. They interview you and write your profile, your one-request brief and your emails, work out your credit budget, and check the AI's copy for things it shouldn't say.
- Your first eveningOne setup page, in three parts. Set up your account, build your funnel, then test it with a real sign-up. Every step links to the screen it means.
- IncludedA ready-made funnel with your name and link on it. Sign-up pages, free reports and nine follow-up emails, ready to paste. It shares HBA, so use it if you want HBA as an income stream too, and skip it if you don't.
- Monday, October 12, 9 PM EasternI build one live. I open the Builder for the first time, type one request, and count the credits, on camera.
- Weeks 2 to 13One email a week from me. One useful thing and one link each. It starts once your funnel is set up.

Questions
Do I really need no marketing skills?
You don't need to know how to write copy, build a page or wire a form. The AI does those. You do need two things: to say clearly who you help and what you're offering, and to read what it wrote before it goes live. The Skills Pack helps with the first.
Can I use it for my own company, not HBA?
Yes. Your funnel can send people wherever you choose. Check what your company allows on personal pages. The Emailer only takes people who signed up with you: no bought leads, lead-swap lists or scraped emails.
Do I have to pay for Claude?
No. Free Claude can connect to HBA. It has a daily message limit, so a big build may take two sittings. The Builder also has its own AI with 5 free credits a day.
I already pay for ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel. Should I switch?
Not on day one. Watch my live build on the 12th. If it does what yours does for less, move one funnel and compare.
What if I join and don't like it?
New paid memberships have a 72-hour money-back guarantee. After that, cancel any time from Manage subscription, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
P.S. For years the tools told you what to do and left you to learn how. This one does the work: the research, the copy, the pages, the form and the emails, from one plain-English request, even from free Claude. I'll show it working live on the 12th. Join through my link, and you get my Skills Pack and setup page the same day. Here's the link and the terms.
