Month-four pack · weeks 14 to 26 · days 91 to 180
Days 91 to 180: more of what worked, on purpose
Hi there. In the next 13 weeks you'll pick one track from your own day-90 numbers, make about 60 more pieces, send 13 more weekly emails, run three monthly reviews, and finish with a day-180 review. Same 60 to 90 minutes a day, five days a week. Still no paid ads.
What changes is that you now have numbers of your own. Days 1 to 90 asked you to do the work before you could judge it. Days 91 to 180 ask you to do more of the part your numbers say is working, and to stop guessing about the rest.
- Before you start: your day-90 review · about 45 minutes, once
- What to expect in months 4 to 6 · including the zeros
- Pick your track · about 10 minutes
- Your week, and the monthly review
- Weeks 14–17, 18–21 and 22–26 · each ends on a count
- The tracks in full: A, B, C, YouTube packaging, and D, after day 180
- Your scoreboard, three new numbers · your money · six new prompts
Before you start: your day-90 review is written
The gate for this whole page · about 45 minutes · you finish with five answers under a "Day 90" heading
Don't start week 14 until your day-90 review is written down. Your track comes from its numbers. Without them, you'd be picking by mood.
If you haven't done it, do it now: the five questions are in week 13 of your 90-day plan, and the day-90 review prompt reads your scoreboard for you. Kit helper: say run my day-90 review.
Then pull these five numbers. You need all five to pick a track:
| Number | Where to find it | Write yours |
|---|---|---|
| Days you did all four blocks, weeks 3 to 13 | Your scoreboard. There were about 55 working days in those 11 weeks | ___ of ___ |
| Sign-ups in weeks 10 to 13 | Emailer › Contacts/CRM, your PPS - $35 Machine Leads count on the Friday of week 9 and week 13. The difference is the number | ___ |
| Your best 3 pieces, and the sign-ups each brought | Emailer › Contacts/CRM › Advanced Search, filtered by TID. Your week-7 and week-10 notes | 1. ___ 2. ___ 3. ___ |
| Customers who joined through you, all time | My Commissions, All tab. Count people, not payments. Leave out Emailer credit packs | ___ |
| Sign-ups, all time | Your PPS - $35 Machine Leads count today | ___ |
Gate: five day-90 answers written · five numbers above filled in. Then pick your track.
What to expect in months 4 to 6
Here's the honest version, including the zeros. Nobody can give you a date for your first sale or your tenth sign-up, and anyone who does is selling you the date.
| Month | Weeks | What you'll have (the work) | What often happens (the results) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | 14–17 | About 16 more pieces, 4 weekly emails, your track running, your first monthly review | It often feels like nothing is working. Views can drop as the newness wears off. Many people get zero sales this month. That isn't a verdict yet |
| 5 | 18–21 | About 16 more pieces, and a second read of your best 3 with twice the data | Sign-ups tend to come from the same few kinds of piece. A first customer happens for some people here. For many, it doesn't |
| 6 | 22–26 | About 20 more pieces, 26 weeks of scoreboard, your day-180 review | A list that's bigger than it was, and numbers that finally mean something. Income, if any, is usually small |
Why keep going when the money is small or zero? Because this is the stretch where most people stop. In Rob Fore's study of 32 top producers, two in three took 6 to 24 months to get where they are. Day 180 is month six: the start of that range, not the end of it. Their results aren't typical, and they're not a promise of yours.
The same study says what those 32 people kept doing. All of them built a personal brand. 91% started on one channel. 88% built an email list of their own. 84% kept a fixed rhythm. 69% had a daily conversation quota. Only 22% relied on paid ads. You already have every one of those except time. This page adds the time.
Pick your track (about 10 minutes)
Everyone runs A or B for their channel. Add C if anyone has joined HBA through you. D waits until day 180. Use your numbers from the gate, not how the weeks felt.
| Track | Pick it when | What changes | Kit helper |
|---|---|---|---|
| A. Keep going | Any one of these: four blocks on fewer than 3 of every 4 working days (under about 40 of 55) · your best 3 can't be named from real sign-up numbers · fewer than 10 sign-ups in weeks 10 to 13 | Same channel. Half your pieces become new versions of your best 3. Fix the days that broke first | plan my month four |
| B. Add a second channel | All three: four blocks on at least 3 of every 4 working days · best 3 named from real sign-up numbers · 10 or more sign-ups in weeks 10 to 13 | A second channel fed by reusing channel-1 pieces. Same 60 to 90 minutes: 3 new pieces on channel 1 and 2 reused pieces on channel 2 a week | add a second channel |
| C. Help your first buyers | 1 or more customers joined through you. Runs beside A or B | A buyer tracker, the 14-day play for every new one, check-ins on days 30 and 75, and a day-90 note | help my buyers |
| D. Your own small product | Not before day 180, and only if every check in D passes | Nothing in weeks 14 to 26. It's a decision for your day-180 review | should I make my own product |
Run the track prompt (M1) and it checks each rule against your numbers, then writes your weeks 14 to 26. Write your track at the top of your scoreboard, under your person card.
Is your channel YouTube? Whatever your track, read YouTube packaging too.
Your week, and the monthly review
The four blocks don't change. Make, Talk, Invite, Log, in that order, 60 to 90 minutes. What each track changes is what goes in the Make block and what Friday holds.
| Day | Track A | Track B | Add for Track C |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | Plan the week: 4 hooks, 2 of them new versions of your best 3. Then the four blocks | Plan: 3 hooks for channel 1, and pick last week's best piece to reuse. Then the four blocks | Check your buyer tracker: which notes are due this week? |
| Tuesday | Four blocks | Four blocks, new piece on channel 1 | Send any note that's due (5 minutes each) |
| Wednesday | Four blocks | Four blocks, new piece on channel 1 | |
| Thursday | Four blocks | Four blocks, but Make is a reused piece for channel 2 (about 15 minutes) | |
| Friday | Four blocks (piece optional), 20-minute review, list cleanup, weekly email | Make: a reused piece for channel 2. Then review, cleanup, weekly email | Update the tracker. Reply to every buyer who wrote |
Track B's Monday piece is new on channel 1 too. That's 3 new plus 2 reused a week. You're not doubling your time. You're getting two uses out of your best work.
The monthly review (last Friday of weeks 17, 21 and 26)
Once a month, the Friday review runs 45 minutes instead of 20, and there's no new piece that day. Paste the month's scoreboard into the monthly review prompt (M5). Kit helper: say run my monthly review.
- Open Emailer › Contacts/CRM › Advanced Search. Filter by TID for the month's sign-ups by tracked link.
- Open My Commissions on the All tab. Count new customers, and note who has a Rebill this month.
- Run the prompt. Write its answers under a "Month [4, 5 or 6]" heading on your scoreboard.
- Check this block's gate (below). Met: carry on. Not met: see "If you fall behind".
- Send your sponsor one line: your track, and the one number you're watching.
That's it. Three numbers that are new this month, three answers written, and one line to your sponsor.
Weeks 14–17: set the track (month 4)
Weeks 14–17 · the four blocks · you finish with your track running and your first monthly review written
| Track | Do | Tool and prompt | Gate at week 17 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everyone | Week 14 Monday: write your track at the top of your scoreboard. Add the three new numbers as columns. Fridays: weekly emails 9 to 12 | M1 · Track prompt · Weekly email · Emailer › Broadcast | Track written · 4 weekly emails · monthly review 1 written |
| A | 4 pieces a week. Every other one is a new version of a best-3 piece. Week 14: re-read the days that broke, and write your four blocks into your calendar at fixed times | Best 3 · One into four · Traffic Maestro (Premium) or ChatGPT | 16 pieces, 8 of them new versions · four blocks on 15 of 20 days |
| B | Week 14: pick channel 2, set up its profile and bio, and put its own tracked Page A link in it. Weeks 15–17: 3 new channel-1 pieces and 2 reused channel-2 pieces a week | Channel table · Bio prompt · M2 · Channel-two version · Transcribe Audio (Premium) | Channel-2 profile live with its tracked link · 13 channel-1 pieces · 6 channel-2 pieces |
| C | Week 14: build your buyer tracker. Send every note that's due. Send each buyer who is past their day 14 the start-here invitation | Buyer tracker · M3 · Buyer note · My Customers | Every buyer in the tracker · check-ins sent = check-ins due |
Weeks 18–21: read it again, with twice the data (month 5)
Weeks 18–21 · the four blocks · you finish with your best 3 re-named from weeks 14 to 21, and monthly review 2
| Track | Do | Tool and prompt | Gate at week 21 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everyone | Week 18: re-run the best-3 prompt with weeks 14 to 17 added. Collect 5 real questions people asked you and answer each one as a piece. Fridays: weekly emails 13 to 16 | Best 3 · Answer a question · Live coaching (Premium): take your new best piece, ask for one change | Best 3 re-named · 5 questions answered · 4 weekly emails · monthly review 2 written |
| A | 4 pieces a week, half of them new versions of the new best 3 | As weeks 14–17 | 16 pieces · four blocks on 15 of 20 days |
| B | 3 + 2 a week, as before. At the week-21 review, run the stop rule | M2 · M5 (it checks the stop rule) | 12 channel-1 pieces · 8 channel-2 pieces · stop rule checked and written down |
| C | Keep the tracker. Any new buyer gets the full first-buyer play inside 24 hours | First buyer, Steps 1–4 · M3 | Check-ins sent = check-ins due · every new buyer's email sent within 24 hours |
Weeks 22–26: prove it, then your day-180 review (month 6)
Weeks 22–26 · the four blocks · you finish with 26 weeks of scoreboard and your day-180 review
| Track | Do | Tool and prompt | Gate at week 26 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everyone | Fridays: weekly emails 17 to 21. Week 26 Friday: the monthly review, then the day-180 review (below). No new piece that day | M5 · Day-90 review prompt, pasted with 26 weeks instead of 13 | 5 weekly emails · monthly review 3 · day-180 review written |
| A | 4 pieces a week. If your channel is YouTube, package every piece with M4 | M4 · YouTube package | 20 pieces · four blocks on 19 of 25 days |
| B | 3 + 2 a week, unless the stop rule sent you back to A | M2 | 15 channel-1 pieces · 10 channel-2 pieces |
| C | Every buyer who reaches their own day 90 gets the day-90 note | M3 | Check-ins sent = check-ins due |
Your day-180 review (week 26, Friday, about 45 minutes)
- Which track did you run, and did you hit its gates in all three blocks?
- Sign-ups per piece in month 4, month 5 and month 6. Up, down or flat?
- Your sign-up-to-customer number, all time, with the math shown. Is it big enough to mean anything yet?
- Track B: which channel's tracked link brought more sign-ups per piece? Track C: how many check-ins were due, and how many went out on time?
- Which 3 pieces of all 26 weeks brought the most sign-ups, and what do they share?
- For days 181 to 270: same track, a different track, or the D checks? One sentence, and why.
That's 180 days. You'll have 26 weeks of your own numbers and a track you chose on evidence. Send the answer to question 6 to your sponsor.
Track A: keep going, more of your best 3
Most people land here, and it's the right place for them. A is not "you failed the gate". It's "your channel hasn't told you enough yet". Kit helper: say plan my month four.
First, find which rule put you in A. Each has a different first move:
| The rule you missed | First move in week 14 |
|---|---|
| Four blocks on fewer than 3 days in 4 | Read your missed-day notes from the day-90 review. Put the four blocks in your calendar at the same time every day. 84% of the 32 top producers kept a fixed rhythm. If 60 minutes is too many, use the bad-day version on hard days and log it, rather than skipping |
| Best 3 not named from real numbers | Check every piece carries the tracked link for your channel from your share-links page, not the bare Page A link. Without it, TID in Advanced Search stays blank and you can't tell which piece worked |
| Fewer than 10 sign-ups in weeks 10 to 13 | Run the three checks below before you change anything else |
Few or no sign-ups? Three checks, in this order (about 15 minutes)
- Is the funnel still working? Open your Page A link in a private window and sign up with an email address of yours that isn't on your list yet, so email 1 goes out again. Your confirmation page should load with your name on it, and email 1 should arrive. If not, go back to Part 6.
- Can people find the link? Open your channel's profile on your phone, logged out. Is Page A (or its tracked version) there, and one tap away?
- Is the piece for your person? Paste your 3 weakest pieces and your person card into the review prompt and ask: "Which of these would my person scroll past, and why?"
All three fine? Then the answer is more pieces, not a different plan. Keep the four blocks, and make half your pieces answers to questions people actually asked you.

Track B: add a second channel, by reusing
Only if all three B rules passed. Kit helper: say add a second channel. It checks your numbers first, and it will say no if the gate isn't met.
| Your channel 1 | Best channel 2 | How a piece crosses over | HBA tool that helps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Short video (face or screen) | Written posts on your own Facebook or LinkedIn profile | Turn the video's words into a post. Same first line, same point | Transcribe Audio (Premium), or your platform's auto-captions. Then M2 |
| Written posts | Screen-recorded short videos | Read your best post aloud over the screen it talks about | M2 turns the post into a 60-second script |
| YouTube Shorts | Long YouTube videos (8 to 15 minutes), once a month | Your 3 best Shorts on one topic become one longer video | YouTube packaging and M4 |
The rules for channel 2:
- It only gets reused pieces. Pick last week's best channel-1 piece by its numbers, not your favorite.
- It gets its own tracked link from your share-links page, so TID can tell the two channels apart.
- Your Talk block stays on channel 1. On channel 2, answer everyone who comments or writes to you. That's all.
- Smart Post sending a video to more platforms is still distribution, not a channel. It doesn't count as B.
Track C: help your first buyers get set up
If one person or more joined HBA through you, this runs beside A or B. It takes about 5 minutes per note, and it's the work most affiliates skip. Kit helper: say help my buyers.
So why help? Because a buyer who gets set up and keeps going is a buyer who stays, and staying is what they're paying for. And because you're now the sponsor they'll ask.
Step 1: Build your buyer tracker (about 10 minutes, once)
One row per buyer, in the same sheet or note as your scoreboard. Copy this header:
Name | Joined (day 1) | Their ID | Badges | Welcome email sent | Day 2-3 note | Day 7 note | Set up and live | Day 30 note | Day 75 note | Day 90 note | Rebills seen
- Open My Customers. Copy each buyer's name and ID into a row. Copy the ID. Don't type it.
- Open My Commissions on the All tab for each buyer's first New Sale. That date is their day 1.
- Open the Emailer › Contacts/CRM, search their email, and write down their badges (what each color means).
- Work out each note's date from day 1. Put them in your calendar.
Done when every buyer has a row and every note due in the next 30 days is in your calendar.
Step 2: The first-buyer play, for every new one
Nothing new here. Each new buyer gets the first-buyer page: Steps 1 to 4 inside 24 hours, then the notes on day 2 or 3 and on day 7, then the well-done note when "<Name> is set up and live" arrives. The only change is scale: the tracker tells you whose note is due, so nobody slips.
Step 3: Days 30 and 75, and a new one on day 90
The day-30 and day-75 notes are already written. Use them. Then add one more when a buyer reaches their own day 90:
Hi [THEIR FIRST NAME], You're at day 90 today. The plan's review is five questions, about 45 minutes, in week 13 of your 90-day plan. When it's done, send me your answer to question 5. That's the one I'd help you with for the next 90 days. [YOUR FIRST NAME]
Something harder to answer? A buyer went quiet, or asked about pay? Use the buyer note prompt (M3). It won't talk about money they could make, and it keeps the note to one question.
Step 4: Invite them to the onboarding pages (the sponsor loop)
Your buyer gets the same pages you used, with their own links filled in and you as their sponsor. When they finish the build manual's test, you get "<Name> is set up and live" on your own. Replies to their onboarding emails come to you.
Their start-here link has three parts: the page address, their ID, and yours. Your part is already filled in below. Replace the brackets:
https://simpleprovensystems.com/ob-start?m=[THEIR ID]&n=[THEIR FIRST NAME]&s=YOUR-ID
The branding link from Part 3 of their build manual uses your ID as the sponsor. It's in their welcome email already. Here it is again, if they lose it:
https://simpleprovensystems.com/pps-join?s=YOUR-ID&0eac0e53-8f3b-4b98-b423-560e42cd1aa9=[THEIR ID]
Step 5: Retention, without pressure
A Rebill sale email for a buyer means they paid again. Tick it in the "Rebills seen" column. That's your retention check. No rebill in a month they were due? Send one plain note: "Everything OK? If HBA isn't right for you, cancelling is under Manage subscription in your Profile." A buyer who leaves feeling well treated is worth more to you than one who stays feeling trapped.
Done when: every buyer has a row, every note due has gone out, and your "check-ins sent ÷ check-ins due" number is on your scoreboard.
YouTube packaging (if your channel is YouTube)
On YouTube, the title and the thumbnail decide whether anyone presses play. This module is for one YouTube channel: Shorts, long videos, or both on the same channel. It needs no paid tools. Kit helper: say package my video, or run M4.
| Part | Do | Don't |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Under 60 characters, so phones don't cut it off. Your person's own words. One plain "how to", a question, or a mistake you made | Dollar amounts, "$X a month", "before it's too late", all caps, anyone else's name |
| Thumbnail (long videos) | One thing: your face, or the one screen the video is about. 3 words or fewer that add to the title. Check it at phone size | Income screenshots, arrows at money, "exposed", fake shock |
| Description | First 2 lines: what the viewer gets. Then your YouTube tracked link, with the share line right after it. The affiliate line at the end | A bare HBA link, or any link without its disclosure |
| In the video | Say the disclosure out loud before you mention your link: "I earn a commission if you join through my link. It costs you the same." | Relying on the description alone |
| Chapters (long videos) | Timestamps in the description, starting at 0:00, at least three | Made-up times. Use the real ones from your edit |
Tools: YouTube Studio is free and holds all of this. Thumbnail pictures: your phone and Canva's free plan, or Van Gogh (Premium). Titles and descriptions: Traffic Maestro or PromptWrite (Premium), or M4 in free ChatGPT or Claude. You don't need a paid keyword or thumbnail tool.
Your description link and share line, ready to paste. If your share-links page has a YouTube tracked version, use that instead:
Free guide: the 8 things people who do this well have in common: https://simpleprovenprofits.com/YOUR-ID I earn a commission if you join through my link. It costs you the same. I am an independent affiliate of The Home Business Academy. I earn commissions on sales made through my links.
To judge packaging, compare your best 3 titles by sign-ups from the YouTube tracked link, not by views. A title that gets views and no sign-ups is bringing the wrong people.
Track D: your own small product (after day 180 only)
Some members, after six months, notice people asking them the same question again and again. That can become a small product of your own, like a checklist or a short guide. This track is here so you do it carefully, and only then. Kit helper: say should I make my own product.
Here's the honest part first. Most first products sell few copies, or none. A product is more work up front than a piece of content, and it makes you the seller, with a seller's duties. Your HBA work doesn't pause while you build it.
Every one of these must be true before you start. The product check prompt (M6) tests them against your records:
- Your day-180 review is written, from 26 weeks of scoreboard.
- At least 3 different people asked you the same question, and you logged who and where.
- You answered it in public, and those pieces beat your usual sign-ups per piece.
- You can show how you know your answer works: what you did, when, and what happened.
- It fits in under 2 weeks of your Make blocks.
- You have somewhere to sell it that isn't HBA ground (below).
PPS - $35 Machine Leads list in the Emailer. Whether a list built inside the Emailer counts as an HBA channel isn't settled, so keep it off entirely. The rule covers hinting too. You're the seller, so: no claims about what a buyer will earn, a refund policy you honor exactly as written, and testimonials only with permission. If the product teaches HBA, HBA's disclaimer and your affiliate line go in that part too.
What about a lead magnet of your own? You already have one: the 8-Point Blueprint on Page A. A second free guide means a second form, and a second form splits your leads. Don't build one for HBA traffic.
Your scoreboard: three new numbers
Keep the five daily numbers. Add these three, worked out once a month at the monthly review.
| New number | How to work it out | Where the inputs are | Target |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-ups per piece | This month's sign-ups ÷ this month's pieces. Track B: one number per channel, by tracked link | Emailer › Advanced Search, by TID. Your scoreboard for pieces | Your own last month. Up is good |
| Sign-up to customer | Customers all time ÷ sign-ups all time × 100. Example: 2 customers ÷ 80 sign-ups × 100 = 2.5% | My Commissions (All tab) and your sign-up totals | None. It's your number. With fewer than 5 customers, it can swing on one person, so read it as a record, not a rate |
| Check-ins done | Notes sent on time ÷ notes due, from your buyer tracker | Your tracker | All of them |
There are no outside benchmarks on this page on purpose. Yours are the only numbers that describe your channel, your person and your weeks.
Your money in days 91 to 180
No new budget. Whatever's left of your $100 carries over, with the same uses. Still no ads, no course, no lead lists, no domain.
| What | Amount | Only if |
|---|---|---|
| Emailer credits | $15 for 15,000 emails | Your monthly use passes 300 credits. Check auto-reload first |
| Channel kit for channel 2 | Up to $40, from what's left | Track B, a recording channel, and you didn't buy a kit in week 2 |
| Reserve | The rest | Toward keeping Premium, or a second credit pack |
If you fall behind
Same rule as the first 90 days: keep one thing. Publish one piece on channel 1 and reply to everyone. On Track C, send any buyer note that's due; it takes 5 minutes and it's the one thing a buyer notices. Skip the rest for the week, and start Monday on your normal plan. Missed a gate? Repeat that block of weeks. Don't jump ahead to catch up.
Six prompts for month four
These work the same way as your prompt kit: copy, paste into one AI tool, fill the brackets, then do the green step. With Premium, use Traffic Maestro or PromptWrite. Without it, free ChatGPT or Claude. Each one carries the same voice and compliance rules.
| # | Prompt | When |
|---|---|---|
| M1 | Pick my track and write weeks 14 to 26 | Week 14, Monday |
| M2 | A channel-two version of a channel-one piece | Track B, Thursdays and Fridays |
| M3 | A note to one of my buyers | Track C, when a note is due |
| M4 | Package a YouTube video | YouTube channels, every video |
| M5 | My monthly review | Weeks 17, 21 and 26, Friday |
| M6 | Is my own product idea ready? | After day 180 only |
M1. Pick my track and write weeks 14 to 26
It checks each track rule against your day-90 numbers, shows pass or fail, and writes your 13 weeks.
Here are my day-90 answers and my numbers. Pick my track for days 91 to 180 using the rules below, then write my weeks 14 to 26.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
MY ONE CHANNEL: [your channel]
MY DAY-90 ANSWERS (the five, as I wrote them): [paste]
DAYS I DID ALL FOUR BLOCKS IN WEEKS 3 TO 13: [number] of [number of working days]
SIGN-UPS IN WEEKS 10 TO 13: [number]
MY BEST 3 PIECES AND THE SIGN-UPS EACH BROUGHT (from TID): [paste]
CUSTOMERS WHO JOINED THROUGH ME: [number, or 0]
MINUTES I HAVE ON A NORMAL DAY: [60 to 90]
THE TRACK RULES (use exactly these; don't invent others):
- Track B (add a second channel) only if ALL three are true: I did all four blocks on at least 3 of every 4 working days; my best 3 are named from real sign-up numbers; I had 10 or more sign-ups in weeks 10 to 13.
- Otherwise, Track A (same channel, half my pieces new versions of my best 3).
- Track C (help my buyers) runs beside A or B if I have 1 or more customers.
- No paid ads on any track. Nothing new to buy.
Do this:
1. Say which track. Show each rule with my number beside it, and pass or fail.
2. If my numbers are too small to judge, say so plainly and pick A.
3. Write my weeks 14 to 26 in three blocks: weeks 14-17, 18-21, 22-26. For each block: what I make each week, on which days, and the gate I must hit, in counts only.
4. Keep the four daily blocks (Make, Talk, Invite, Log) inside my minutes. Track B must fit the same time: 3 new pieces on channel 1 and 2 reused pieces on channel 2 each week.
5. If I'm on A, name which rule put me there and the first move for it.
6. End with the one number I should watch most, and why.
No pep talk. No income forecast. No dates attached to money.
VOICE RULES (write the way I talk):
- Reading level: grade 5 to 7. Plain one- and two-syllable words.
- Sentences average 12 to 16 words. None over 30. Use a few 1-to-4-word sentences to land a point.
- Paragraphs: 1 to 3 sentences.
- Write as me ("I") to one person ("you"). No "we" unless there really is a we.
- Be specific: exact numbers, real names of things, times, steps. Use only numbers and facts I gave you. Never invent one.
- Open on what my person is already thinking, in their own words.
- One idea per piece.
- Admit a limit or a flaw early. Hedge honestly: "may", "in my case", "most people".
- Warm, direct, a little dry. Use contractions. It should sound like a friend at a kitchen table, not an ad.
- No exclamation mark in the first line, and at most one in the whole piece. No emoji unless my person uses them.
- No hype words: unleash, skyrocket, crush it, revolutionary, cutting-edge, robust, empower, secret, opportunity, financial freedom, six figures, quit your job, be your own boss.
- Any ask is one clear action, in the reader's first person ("Send me the guide").
COMPLIANCE RULES (follow every one, every time):
1. No income claims. No dollar amounts that I, you or anyone earned or could earn. No "how much you could make".
2. If any earnings figure appears anywhere in what you write, put this line right beside it, word for word:
"REQUIRED LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Typical affiliates earn no income. This is not a get-rich-quick program. No sales = no income. Full earnings disclosure: thehba.app/income"
3. Every time my link appears, put this sentence right after it, word for word:
"I earn a commission if you join through my link. It costs you the same."
4. Never call it effortless, passive, hands-free, automatic or quick money. Never say it runs itself or that the work is light.
5. No lifestyle promises: no quitting a job, travel, cars, houses, beaches, "freedom" or "be your own boss".
6. Say nothing about The Home Business Academy (HBA) that I haven't given you in this prompt. If unsure, leave it out.
7. Nothing negative about any other company, program or person.
8. No fake urgency, no countdowns, no "spots left". No made-up stories, quotes, testimonials or numbers. If you need a detail you don't have, write [ASK ME: what you need] instead of guessing.
- Check its pass or fail against your own numbers. If it got one wrong, tell it which.
- Write your track at the top of your scoreboard, under your person card.
- Paste the three blocks of weeks into your calendar or your plan note.
- Send your sponsor one line: your track and the number you'll watch.
Done when: your track is written on your scoreboard and week 14 is in your calendar.
M2. A channel-two version of a channel-one piece
One tested piece, one new format. Same idea, same facts, nothing invented.
Turn one piece from my first channel into a version for my second channel. Same idea, same facts, new format.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
CHANNEL 1: [e.g. YouTube Shorts]
CHANNEL 2: [e.g. my Facebook profile]
THE PIECE (paste the script, the post, or the video's transcript): [paste]
ITS NUMBERS ON CHANNEL 1: [views, replies, sign-ups from its tracked link]
MY LINK FOR CHANNEL 2: https://simpleprovenprofits.com/YOUR-ID (or paste the channel-2 tracked version from my share-links page: [paste])
Write:
1. The channel-2 version, at that channel's normal length and in its normal format (a post of 150 to 250 words, or a 60-second script of about 140 words).
2. A first line that works for someone who never saw the original.
3. My link, with the disclosure sentence from rule 3 right after it, placed where channel 2 allows a link.
Don't add facts, numbers or stories that aren't in the original. If channel 2 needs something the original doesn't have, write [ASK ME: what you need].
- Read it out loud. Cut any line that isn't true for you.
- Post it on channel 2 with channel 2's tracked link, never channel 1's.
- Log it on your scoreboard as a channel-2 piece.
Done when: it's live on channel 2 and logged.
M3. A note to one of my buyers
For the notes that aren't pre-written: a buyer went quiet, asked something, or reached a point the templates don't cover.
Help me write a short, personal note to someone who joined HBA through my link. It's one to one, from my own inbox. Not a broadcast.
THEIR FIRST NAME: [name]
WHICH NOTE: [day 30 / day 75 / their day 90 / they went quiet / they asked a question / no rebill this month]
WHERE THEY ARE, AS FAR AS I KNOW: [e.g. set up and live on day 6; 8 pieces posted; 2 sign-ups; stuck on Part 4]
THEIR QUESTION OR LAST MESSAGE, IF ANY: [paste]
MY FIRST NAME: [name]
Write one note of 40 to 90 words:
- One line about where they are, in plain words.
- One question or one next step. Not both.
- If they asked something you can't answer from what I gave you, write [ASK ME: what you need]. Don't guess.
- If they went quiet or had no rebill: ask if everything is OK, and say plainly that cancelling is under Manage subscription in their HBA Profile. No pressure to stay.
Never: mention money they could make, set a customer target, offer any product or program that isn't HBA, or suggest I earn anything when they bring people in. HBA pays one tier: I earn on what they buy, and nothing on the people they bring in.
VOICE RULES (write the way I talk):

- Sentences average 12 to 16 words. None over 30. Use a few 1-to-4-word sentences to land a point.

- Read it as if you were them. If it sounds like a sales email, ask the AI to make it plainer.
- Send it from your own inbox or phone. Never from the Emailer.
- Tick the note in your buyer tracker, with the date.
Done when: it's sent and ticked.
M4. Package a YouTube video
Titles, thumbnail words, the description with your link and disclosure, and chapters for long videos.
Package one of my YouTube videos: title, thumbnail words, description and, for a long video, chapters. One channel. No paid tools.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
MY VIDEO IS: [a Short / a long video of about N minutes]
WHAT IT SAYS (paste the script or the transcript, with timestamps if you have them): [paste]
MY 3 BEST TITLES SO FAR AND THEIR NUMBERS (views, and sign-ups from my YouTube tracked link): [paste, or "none yet"]
MY LINK: https://simpleprovenprofits.com/YOUR-ID (or paste the YouTube tracked version from my share-links page: [paste])
Write:
1. TITLES: 3 options, each under 60 characters, with the character count after each. Use my person's own words. One plain "how to", one question, one about a mistake I made.
2. THUMBNAIL (long videos only): 3 options of 3 words or fewer that add to the title rather than repeat it. One line on the picture: my face or my screen, one thing only.
3. DESCRIPTION: first 2 lines say what the viewer gets, in my person's words. Then my link, with the disclosure sentence from rule 3 right after it. Then 2 to 4 more lines. End with this line, word for word: "I am an independent affiliate of The Home Business Academy. I earn commissions on sales made through my links."
4. SPOKEN DISCLOSURE: the one sentence I say in the video before I mention my link.
5. CHAPTERS (long videos only): starting at 0:00, at least 3, using only times that appear in what I pasted. If there are none, write [ASK ME: timestamps].
6. SHORTS ONLY: one line of on-screen text telling viewers the link is on my channel page.
Never in a title or thumbnail: a dollar amount, "$X a month", an income screenshot, "before it's too late", a countdown, "exposed", "scam", or anyone else's name.
VOICE RULES (write the way I talk):
- Reading level: grade 5 to 7. Plain one- and two-syllable words.

8. No fake urgency, no countdowns, no "spots left". No made-up stories, quotes, testimonials or numbers. If you need a detail you don't have, write [ASK ME: what you need] instead of guessing.
- Pick one title. Read it on your phone: if it's cut off, pick a shorter one.
- Make the thumbnail in Canva's free plan or Van Gogh. Check it at the size of your thumbnail on a phone screen.
- Paste the description and chapters in YouTube Studio. Check the link opens your Page A with your name on it.
- Log the title on your scoreboard, so the monthly review can compare titles by sign-ups.
Done when: the video is live with its title, description and link, and the disclosure is said in the video.
M5. My monthly review
Your three new numbers, your gate, and one thing to change, from your own records only.
Here is a month of my scoreboard. Give me my monthly review in plain numbers.
MY TRACK: [A or B, and C if I have buyers]
MY SCOREBOARD ROWS FOR THE MONTH: [paste]
SIGN-UPS BY TRACKED LINK (TID) THIS MONTH: [paste from Advanced Search]
PIECES PUBLISHED THIS MONTH, WITH THEIR TITLES OR FIRST LINES: [paste]
CUSTOMERS WHO JOINED THROUGH ME, ALL TIME: [number]
SIGN-UPS, ALL TIME: [number]
BUYER NOTES DUE THIS MONTH / SENT ON TIME: [n / n]
THIS BLOCK'S GATE (from my plan): [paste]
LAST MONTH'S REVIEW, IF ANY: [paste]
Answer using only my numbers. Show the math for every number.
1. Sign-ups per piece this month (sign-ups divided by pieces), with last month's beside it.
2. Sign-up to customer, all time (customers divided by sign-ups, times 100). If I have fewer than 5 customers, say it can swing on one person.
3. Buyer notes: sent on time divided by due.
4. The 3 pieces that brought the most sign-ups this month, and what they share.
5. The gate: yes or no for each count.
6. Track B only: sign-ups per piece from channel 2's tracked link and channel 1's. My stop rule: if channel 1's sign-ups in weeks 18 to 21 are lower than in weeks 10 to 13, or I did all four blocks on fewer than 3 of every 4 days, I stop channel 2. Does it apply?
7. One thing to keep and one thing to change next month.
Don't compare my numbers with anyone else's. No benchmarks or averages from anywhere else. No income forecast.
VOICE RULES (write the way I talk):

- Check one of its sums yourself.
- Write the answers under a "Month [4, 5 or 6]" heading on your scoreboard, and the three new numbers in their columns.
- Gate missed? Repeat that block of weeks. Stop rule applies? Switch to Track A on Monday.
- Send your sponsor the "keep" and "change" lines.
Done when: the answers and the three numbers are on your scoreboard.
M6. Is my own product idea ready? (after day 180 only)
It tests the idea against your records and stops you if a check fails. It doesn't write the product.
I've finished 26 weeks. Before I make a product of my own, test the idea against my records. Be blunt.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
THE QUESTION PEOPLE KEEP ASKING ME, HOW MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE ASKED, AND WHERE: [paste]
MY PIECES THAT ANSWERED IT, WITH THEIR NUMBERS, AND MY USUAL SIGN-UPS PER PIECE: [paste]
HOW I KNOW MY ANSWER WORKS (what I did, when, what happened): [paste]
THE PRODUCT I'M THINKING OF (format and size): [e.g. a one-page checklist, a short guide]
WHERE I'D SELL IT, AND TO WHOM: [e.g. my own Facebook profile, to people who follow me there]
DOES IT TEACH OR MENTION HBA? [yes / no]
Do this:
1. Mark each check PASS, FAIL or UNKNOWN, one line each:
a. At least 3 different people asked this question.
b. My pieces answering it beat my usual sign-ups per piece.
c. I can show how I know it works, with a date.
d. I can finish it in under 2 weeks of my daily Make blocks.
e. I'd sell it only on my own ground: never to HBA customers or to people I met through HBA, never in HBA groups, events or trainings, and never to my list in the HBA Emailer.
2. If any check is FAIL or UNKNOWN, stop there. Say which, and what would change it. Don't write a product.
3. If all pass, write: the promise in one sentence (what they'll be able to do, with no income in it), what's inside, who it's not for, and the proof I have. Leave the price blank for me.
4. List what I must check before selling, including: [CHECK: what HBA's affiliate agreement says about members selling their own product], the refund terms I'll honour exactly as written, and how I'll disclose that I'm the seller.
Never write what a buyer will earn. Never invent a testimonial, a buyer or a result.
VOICE RULES (write the way I talk):

- Any ask is one clear action, in the reader's first person ("Send me the guide").
COMPLIANCE RULES (follow every one, every time):
1. No income claims. No dollar amounts that I, you or anyone earned or could earn. No "how much you could make".

8. No fake urgency, no countdowns, no "spots left". No made-up stories, quotes, testimonials or numbers. If you need a detail you don't have, write [ASK ME: what you need] instead of guessing.
- Any FAIL or UNKNOWN: write it on your scoreboard and stay on your track. Check again at day 270.
- All PASS: read HBA's affiliate agreement, then ask HBA in writing about anything it doesn't answer. Keep the reply.
- Tell your sponsor before you build anything.
Done when: every check has an answer written down.
Still stuck? The five fixes in your prompt kit work on these prompts too. Or reply to the email your links came in: say which prompt, and paste what the AI wrote.
