Prompt kit · 14 prompts · one for each writing job in your plan
Copy, paste, answer, post: the AI prompts for your 90 days
Hi there. This page has 14 prompts, one for each writing job in your 90-day plan. Each one already carries the rules: plain words, no income claims, and your disclosure beside every link. You paste it, answer a few questions, and do the green step under it.
How to use a prompt (4 steps)
- Copy it. Click Copy at the top right of the gray box. The whole prompt is copied, rules and all.
- Paste it into one AI tool. With Premium, use Traffic Maestro or PromptWrite in HBA. Without Premium, use free ChatGPT or free Claude. The prompts work the same in all of them.
- Fill the square brackets, then answer its questions. Your person card goes where it says
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]. Replace every other[...]with your own words. Press Enter. If the AI asks you something, answer it. - Do the "What to do with it" step. It's the green box under each prompt. A prompt isn't done until the result is posted, pasted or saved.

0. Your person card
Every prompt on this page starts with your person card: one short description of the one person you make things for. You'll write it once, today, and paste it into every prompt after.
You don't start from a blank page. HBA's own research, from about 400 comments and posts plus 486 first-person Reddit quotes, found three kinds of people. Pick the one closest to the people you know.
| If the people you know are mostly… | Start from |
|---|---|
| Already in a company (network marketing, direct sales), posting every day and stuck | Denise |
| People with a small audience or list who want something honest to recommend | Glenn |
| New, overwhelmed, and asking "where do I start?" | Marisol |
Denise, the stuck distributor
HBA AVATAR CARD: DENISE (the stuck distributor) A composite from HBA research, 21-22 Sep 2026. Not a real person. The quotes are real. Who: A woman in her mid-50s in a small town. Married 31 years. Works three days a week at a front desk. Has a granddaughter she wants more Fridays with. Four years in a network marketing company she still believes in. Situation: Posts on Facebook every day and about 11 people see each post. Stuck at the same rank for two years. Has spent about $4,100 on courses, funnels and subscriptions since 2022 and has never added it up. Has never had an email list. Burned her friends and family in year one and won't message them again. Pains, in her own words (real lines from the research): - "I have been feeling like a failure for not succeeding." - "They made me feel like I was lazy." - "I'm tired of joining group's that say it's completely automation and than nothing happens and months go by with no sale's." - "I'd capture a lead, then... nothing. I'd send a couple messages, hear crickets." - "My husband had to deal with me being in it." What she's tried: a big course she watched two-thirds of, a monthly funnel tool she used for six weeks, a bought lead list, daily posting for three years, Reels for four months, a 90-day messaging "blitz". What she wants: people to come to her without her messaging anyone. One month where the business pays for itself. To stop hiding the cost from her husband. A modest, steady number, not a big one. Words she uses: leads, funnel, posting, autoship, upline, rank, team call, "without bugging friends and family", "for beginners over 50". Words that repel her: opportunity, be your own boss, boss babe, financial freedom, "hey girl", "it's not a pyramid", just believe, mindset, be coachable, duplicate, all in, countdown timers, income screenshots, any timeline attached to a dollar figure. The line that stops her scroll: "You're not lazy. You built three of the eight parts, and the three you're missing are the boring ones."
Glenn, the promoter with a small audience
HBA AVATAR CARD: GLENN (the promoter with a small audience) A composite from HBA research, 21-22 Sep 2026. Not a real person. The quotes are real. Who: A man in his early 60s, retired early after 34 years at a utility. Married, grown sons, grandkids. Reads a pay table like a pension statement. Situation: A small YouTube channel about side income after 55 (240 subscribers), an email list of 310, one email every Sunday night. Promotes two offers that pay once and then nothing. Did network marketing twice; made rank both times, and both times the company changed the plan. Pains, in his own words (real lines from the research): - "I'm trying to find affiliate programs ... that pay quickly without forcing you to wait through those long lock/hold periods." - "...praying Amazon doesn't cut commissions again." - "...most of what I listed wasn't passive at all." - "It genuinely feels like shouting into an empty room." - What he believes: "The biggest mistake I see is people selling the product instead of solving the problem." What he's tried: two network marketing companies; three affiliate offers, one of which cut its rate by email on a Friday. What he wants: a recurring offer he can put his name on without shame. The pay table in print, the median not the average, and whether customers stay. Founders who answer. He counts customers, not dollars. Words he uses: recurring, pay table, refund rate, "do people stay", funnel, autoresponder, lead magnet, my list. Words that repel him: passive, "$4,997 value" bonus stickers, averages with no median, gurus, hype, opportunity, a rate that can change on a Friday. The line that stops his scroll (adapted): "Here's the pay table, the median and the ugly numbers, before I ask you for anything."
Marisol, the one who wants a plan
HBA AVATAR CARD: MARISOL (the Proven Path reader: wants a plan) A composite from HBA research, 21-22 Sep 2026. Not a real person. The quotes are real. Who: A woman in her late 30s with a full-time job that "just isn't cutting it". First baby on the way. About a week into researching how to earn online. Situation: Has effort and some pieces (a Pinterest account, a blog, a landing page, a few hundred followers) and no order to do things in. Drowning in free videos and options. Not burned yet, not committed yet. Pains, in her own words (real lines from the research): - "...there are so many resources out there that I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed." - "Should I take a course?" - "I built a landing page to collect emails and all but so far i have made no money at all . None. and now i feel stuck and don't know what i should do or which direction" - "My problem is figuring out where to actually start." - "Every morning, I wake up ready to tackle the day but by midday I just feel too tired to think straight." What she's tried: Pinterest, a blog, TikTok, a landing page with a freebie, a lot of free videos. What she wants: an order of operations. What to do first, second and third, and what to ignore for 30 days. Not motivation. Words she uses: where do I start, overwhelmed, landing page, freebie, niche, monetize, Pinterest, blog. Words that repel her: another course pitch, "DM me", hype, income screenshots, a list of 30 tools, jargon nobody defines. The line that stops her scroll (adapted): "Where do I actually start? What to do first, second and third, and what to ignore for 30 days."
Prompt 0: turn the closest card into yours
This prompt interviews you, up to 8 questions, then writes your own card in a fixed format. Copy the card you picked above, then copy this prompt and paste the card where it says to.
You're helping me find the one kind of person my online side business is for. I'm an affiliate of The Home Business Academy (HBA). I send people to a free guide first, and some may later join HBA through my link. Below is a starting avatar from HBA's research. It's a composite, not a real person. Use it as a first draft, then change it to fit me and the people I actually know. STARTING AVATAR: [PASTE THE HBA AVATAR CARD CLOSEST TO YOUR PERSON] Interview me, one question at a time, up to 8 questions. Wait for my answer before asking the next. Ask about: - my work history and what I know well - what friends and family ask me for help with - what I've struggled with myself (money, time, tech, a past business) - who I already talk to online, and where - how the starting avatar is like or unlike the people I know Then write MY PERSON CARD in exactly this format, under 250 words: PERSON CARD First name and age (a made-up name is fine): Who they are (one line): Their situation (2 to 3 lines): Pains, in their own words (3 to 5 short quotes. Use real lines from the starting avatar, or things I told you people say. Mark anything you guessed with "(my guess)"): What they've tried: What they want (a modest, real outcome. No dollar amounts): Words they use: Words that repel them: Where they spend time online: The one sentence that would stop their scroll: Rules: plain words, grade 5 to 7. Don't invent facts about me. No income goals, no lifestyle promises. If you need something you don't have, ask me.
- Read the card out loud. If a line doesn't sound like anyone you know, tell the AI: "Change the pains to sound like [a person you know]."
- Paste the finished card at the very top of your scoreboard. Your scoreboard is a note on your phone or a simple spreadsheet that you keep yourself, one row per working day. HBA doesn't have one, so start it now if you haven't (what goes in it). The card goes at the top because it's the first thing you'll see every day. It doesn't go into your funnel. Your funnel is done.
- Premium: paste it again into your Marketing Profile in Traffic Maestro, in the Who I Serve box (click the gear icon at the top right). Prompt 1 does the rest of that profile.
- Free AI: if yours has a "Projects" or "custom instructions" feature, paste the card there too. If not, that's fine. Every prompt below asks for it.
Done when: your person card is at the top of your scoreboard. That's the plan's week 1, day 1 task done.
1. Your Traffic Maestro profile (Premium)
Traffic Maestro writes content from a saved Marketing Profile. HBA's advice is one profile per thing you promote. This prompt writes the text for a profile for your Page A guide.
I'm setting up a Marketing Profile in HBA's Traffic Maestro for one thing I promote: my free guide (the 8-Point Blueprint) at my Page A link. Write the text for each part of the profile.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
WHAT I PROMOTE: A free guide on the 8 things people who build an online business well have in common. People read it, join my email list and get nine follow-up emails from me. Some may later join The Home Business Academy through my link.
MY LINK: https://simpleprovenprofits.com/YOUR-ID
Write these six blocks. Put each under its heading in capitals, so I can paste each one into the matching box:
1. WHO I'M TALKING TO (80 to 120 words, built from the person card, in plain words)
2. WHAT I PROMOTE (40 to 60 words, plain, no claims)
3. MY ANGLE (one sentence, built on my person's own problem, in their words. Not "financial freedom" and not any other word on their repel list)
4. MY VOICE (the voice rules below, cut to 5 short lines)
5. NEVER SAY (the compliance rules below cut to 6 short lines, plus the words that repel my person)
6. MY LINK AND DISCLOSURE (the link, then the disclosure sentence from rule 3)
VOICE RULES (write the way I talk):
- Reading level: grade 5 to 7. Plain one- and two-syllable words.
- Sentences average 12 to 16 words. None over 30. Use a few 1-to-4-word sentences to land a point.
- Paragraphs: 1 to 3 sentences.
- Write as me ("I") to one person ("you"). No "we" unless there really is a we.
- Be specific: exact numbers, real names of things, times, steps. Use only numbers and facts I gave you. Never invent one.
- Open on what my person is already thinking, in their own words.
- One idea per piece.
- Admit a limit or a flaw early. Hedge honestly: "may", "in my case", "most people".
- Warm, direct, a little dry. Use contractions. It should sound like a friend at a kitchen table, not an ad.
- No exclamation mark in the first line, and at most one in the whole piece. No emoji unless my person uses them.
- No hype words: unleash, skyrocket, crush it, revolutionary, cutting-edge, robust, empower, secret, opportunity, financial freedom, six figures, quit your job, be your own boss.
- Any ask is one clear action, in the reader's first person ("Send me the guide").
COMPLIANCE RULES (follow every one, every time):
1. No income claims. No dollar amounts that I, you or anyone earned or could earn. No "how much you could make".
2. If any earnings figure appears anywhere in what you write, put this line right beside it, word for word:
"REQUIRED LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Typical affiliates earn no income. This is not a get-rich-quick program. No sales = no income. Full earnings disclosure: thehba.app/income"
3. Every time my link appears, put this sentence right after it, word for word:
"I earn a commission if you join through my link. It costs you the same."
4. Never call it effortless, passive, hands-free, automatic or quick money. Never say it runs itself or that the work is light.
5. No lifestyle promises: no quitting a job, travel, cars, houses, beaches, "freedom" or "be your own boss".
6. Say nothing about The Home Business Academy (HBA) that I haven't given you in this prompt. If unsure, leave it out.
7. Nothing negative about any other company, program or person.
8. No fake urgency, no countdowns, no "spots left". No made-up stories, quotes, testimonials or numbers. If you need a detail you don't have, write [ASK ME: what you need] instead of guessing.
- Open Traffic Maestro. It's a Premium tool.
- If it starts with a setup, finish that first. Traffic Maestro won't make anything until the setup is done, and finishing it creates your first Marketing Profile. Make that your Page A profile: where a question matches one of your six blocks, paste the block. Where nothing matches, answer in your own words. At the end, the setup makes a few sample posts and images on its own. That's normal. Already finished it in week 1? Go to the next step.
- Click the gear icon at the top right. A Marketing Context panel opens, with your profile in the dropdown. Picking a profile in that dropdown makes it the active one, and Traffic Maestro and PromptWrite write from whichever profile is active.
- Paste any block you haven't used yet into the closest box: WHO I'M TALKING TO into Who I Serve, NEVER SAY into Avoid, and MY LINK AND DISCLOSURE into the call-to-action box. Leave the Promo Link box alone: it can't be typed in. If a label on your screen differs, pick the closest box.
- Save. From now on, check that this profile is the active one before you make anything in Traffic Maestro.
No Premium? Skip this card. The person card and the rules are already inside every prompt below.
Done when: your profile is saved and shows as the active one in the gear panel.
2. Your bio, three ways
Your bio is where people find your link. This prompt writes three lengths, so you have the right one for whichever channel you pick. Pick the channel first.
Pick your one channel
The plan asks for one channel, not two. Pick the row that fits you, then use the prompts in the last column.
| If you'll… | Choose | Why | HBA tool that helps | Prompt to start with |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| show your face on camera | Short video on one platform: YouTube Shorts, TikTok or Instagram Reels | Fastest to make; your face builds trust fastest | PromptWrite or Traffic Maestro for scripts; Smart Post to publish; Van Gogh for a cover (all Premium). Free: ChatGPT or Claude and your phone | 3 · Hooks, then 4 · Video script |
| talk, but not show your face | Screen-recorded short videos (your screen, your voice) | Shows the tools working, which is what your person wants to see | The same as above. Record the HBA screens you use | 3 · Hooks, then 4 · Video script (answer "no" to the face question) |
| write, not record | Written posts on your own Facebook or LinkedIn profile | Uses the network you already have; no editing | PromptWrite or Traffic Maestro for posts; Van Gogh for the picture (Premium). Free: ChatGPT or Claude, and Canva's free plan | 3 · Hooks, then 5 · Written post and 6 · Image |

VERSION 3, LONG: 60 to 100 words for a LinkedIn About section or a YouTube channel description. Ends with the link and the full disclosure sentence.

Done when: your profile is live with the link and "I earn from links I share" (or the full disclosure line) visible.
3. Your 30 hooks
A hook is the first line of a post or video. Thirty of them is about seven weeks of pieces at the plan's pace, so you never start a Make block with a blank page.
Write 30 hooks (first lines) for short posts or videos for my person.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
MY ONE CHANNEL: [your channel]
WHAT I'M DOING THIS MONTH (true facts only): [e.g. "week 2, funnel built and tested, 3 people on my list so far"]
Write:
- 10 about a frustration my person has, in their own words
- 10 that teach one small useful thing about starting online: email lists, follow-up emails, which tool does which job, what the tools cost (use only prices from the HBA facts below)
- 5 about my own journey this month (only from what I told you)
- 5 answering questions my person would ask
Each hook under 12 words. Number them 1 to 30. After each, in brackets, write the one point that piece would make. Don't start two hooks with the same word. Don't use "In this video" or "Did you know".

4. A 60-second video script

- Read the script out loud twice. Cut any word you trip on.
- Set your phone upright at eye level, facing a window. No face? Start a screen recording with your microphone on.
- Record 3 takes. Keep the best one. Trim the start and the end, and nothing else.
- Put the on-screen text in the first 3 seconds. Turn on the app's own captions, and check they spell things right.
- Paste the caption with its disclosure line. Post it to your one channel.

5. A written post
For the written channel: one post of 150 to 250 words for your own Facebook or LinkedIn profile, ending in a question people can answer.
Write one post for my personal [Facebook / LinkedIn] profile, 150 to 250 words.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
THE HOOK: [paste one hook from your list]
WHAT HAPPENED (true, from my week): [one or two sentences]
Structure: the first line is the hook (it's all people see before "See more"). Then a short story or observation from what I told you. Then one lesson. Then one small thing the reader can try. End with a question my person could answer in a comment.
Put no link in the post. If you mention the guide, call it "the free guide in my profile" and add the disclosure sentence from rule 3 right after.
Leave a blank line after every 1 to 2 sentences.
Give me 2 versions: one plain, one that opens with a number I gave you.

- Log it: pieces published, plus 1.
Done when: the post is live and you've answered the comments so far.
6. An image for your piece

Write 3 prompts for an AI image generator, for one picture to go with my piece.

10. Find my best 3, make 10 more
After six weeks you have about 20 pieces. This prompt finds what your best three share and writes ten more like them.
Here are my three best pieces so far, with their numbers. Find what they share, then write 10 new hooks and 3 full pieces like them.

1. In 5 bullet points, say what the three best share (topic, first line, length, format, the ask) and what the weakest lacks. Base it only on what I pasted. If the numbers are too small to tell, say so.
2. Write 10 new hooks in the same pattern, under 12 words each.
3. Write the first 3 in full, in my channel's format: a 60-second script (about 140 words) or a 150-to-250-word post.

Done when: four new pieces are saved and on your calendar.
12. Answer a question or doubt honestly
When a prospect asks about cost, earnings or whether it's an MLM, this prompt drafts an honest answer from the facts, with the right disclosure lines.
These are the questions HBA's research found people ask most, and the honest direction for each. The prompt already knows them.
| They ask | What they often mean | The honest direction |
|---|---|---|
| "Is there a catch? Hidden fees?" | "Everything I've bought had a second price on day three." | Every price, including the day-15 change on the $35 pack, and how to cancel |
| "How long before I make anything?" | "Tell me the truth, because everybody else lied." | Nobody can promise a date. Then HBA's published figures and the disclaimer |
| "It sounds like an MLM." | "I've been told 'it's not a pyramid' by people who then recruited me." | Don't deny it. Describe how it's paid, flatly, and let them judge |

A prospect asked me a question or raised a doubt. Help me answer honestly.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
THEIR EXACT WORDS: [paste]
WHAT I KNOW FROM MY OWN USE (true only): [one or two lines]
MY LINK, only if they asked for it: https://simpleprovenprofits.com/YOUR-ID
Write a reply of 50 to 120 words that:
- Answers the question they asked, first and plainly.
- Uses only the HBA facts below and what I told you. If the answer isn't there, say "I don't know, let me check" and stop.
- If they ask what people earn or what I earn: give no personal numbers. Give this line word for word: "HBA's published earnings disclosure reports that for the 12 months ending July 31, 2026, the average active affiliate earned $530 and the median active affiliate earned $0." Then the REQUIRED LEGAL DISCLAIMER from rule 2, word for word.
- If they ask "how long before I make anything?": say honestly that nobody can promise a date, and anyone who gives one is selling the date.
- If they ask whether it's an MLM or a pyramid: don't deny it with "it's not a pyramid". Describe it flatly from the facts (tools sold by monthly subscription; affiliates are paid on customers who join through their own link) and let them judge.
- If they ask about cost: give every price, the day-15 change on the $35 pack, and how to cancel.
- If they say no: thank them and stop.
- If the link is in the reply, put the disclosure sentence from rule 3 right after it.

- If an earnings figure is in the reply, check the full REQUIRED LEGAL DISCLAIMER is right beside it.
- Send it in the same thread they asked in.
- If they asked something the facts don't cover, reply "Let me check," and ask your sponsor. Don't guess, and don't quote Sage AI on pay or rules.
Done when: they have a true answer, and you logged the conversation.
13. Your day-90 review
Paste your whole scoreboard and get a plain reading of your own numbers: what worked, what stopped you, and what to do in days 91 to 180.
Here's my scoreboard for 13 weeks. Help me review it honestly.
MY PERSON CARD:
[PASTE YOUR PERSON CARD HERE]
MY ONE CHANNEL: [your channel]
MY SCOREBOARD (paste every row: date, pieces published, replies given, invitations, new sign-ups, new customers): [paste]
MY TOP 3 PIECES AND THEIR NUMBERS: [paste]
NOTES (what stopped me on missed days, anything that changed): [a few lines]
Answer these, using only my numbers:
1. Which 3 pieces brought the most sign-ups, and what do they have in common?
2. How many days did I do all four blocks (Make, Talk, Invite, Log)? What pattern do the missed days show?
3. My rough ratios: pieces to sign-ups, and conversations to sign-ups. Show the math.
4. Did anyone join HBA through me? If so, what did they share with my person card?
5. The one thing to do more of in days 91 to 180, and one thing to stop.
Then rewrite my person card if my numbers say my real audience is different.
Rules: no pep talk and no income forecasts. If the numbers are too small to judge, say so plainly.

- Copy every row of your scoreboard, and your notes, into the prompt.
- Run it. Check its math on one ratio yourself.
- Write the five answers under a "Day 90" heading on your scoreboard.
- If it rewrote your person card, replace the card at the top of your scoreboard, and in your Traffic Maestro profile if you have Premium.
- Send your one "do more of" line to your sponsor, and take it to a live coaching call.
Done when: the five answers are written down. Those are your numbers, and they beat anyone's promise.
If the AI writes something off
It will, sometimes. Don't start over. Paste one of these in the same chat, right under the draft.
Too hypey
It sounds like an ad.
Rewrite this at a 6th-grade reading level. Remove every word that sounds like an ad. Remove all exclamation marks. It should sound like me talking to one friend at a kitchen table. Keep the facts exactly as they are.
Too long
It runs past the length the prompt asked for.
Cut this to [number] words. Keep the first line and the one main point. Remove anything that repeats or explains twice.
Made-up numbers
A number or a story appears that you never gave it.
List every number, name and fact in your draft. Mark which ones I gave you. Delete the rest, or replace each one with [ASK ME: what you need].
Income claim
It hints at what you or anyone could earn.
Remove every earnings claim, income figure, and any hint about money I or anyone could make. If an earnings figure truly must stay, put this beside it word for word: "REQUIRED LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Typical affiliates earn no income. This is not a get-rich-quick program. No sales = no income. Full earnings disclosure: thehba.app/income"
Generic
It could be about anyone.
This could be about anyone. Rewrite it using one exact detail from my person card and this true detail from my week: [one detail]. Use my person's own words from the card.
Still stuck? Reply to the email your links came in. Say which prompt number, and paste what the AI wrote.
