90-day plan · 13 weeks · 65 working days
Your first 90 days, one working day at a time
In 13 weeks you'll have a verified funnel, about 45 pieces of content on one channel, around 250 real conversations logged, 8 weekly emails sent to your list, and a clear answer to which three pieces bring you sign-ups. It takes 60 to 90 minutes a day, five days a week, no paid ads, and no more than $100 on top of your HBA subscription.
What this plan does not promise is income. Most HBA affiliates earn nothing in a year: the median active affiliate earned $0 in the 12 months to 31 July 2026. This plan is built to move you out of that group by doing what that group doesn't do: finishing the funnel, showing up daily on one channel, and keeping score on the work while the money is still zero.
Every task below names the HBA tool that does it and links to a copy-paste prompt in your prompt kit. No Premium? The same prompts work in free ChatGPT or Claude.
The plan on one screen
| Phase | Weeks | You finish with (the gate) | What to expect |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Get ready and decide | 1–2 | Your person card, one channel, 3 pieces published, both clocks decided | No sales. Maybe no sign-ups. That's normal: nothing is pointed at your funnel yet |
| 2. The engine turns | 3–6 | 20 pieces published, 100 conversations logged, 2 weekly emails sent | Your first few sign-ups, or none. Sales are unlikely this early |
| 3. Find what works | 7–10 | 35 pieces, your best 3 named, 10 new versions of them published, 10 real questions answered | Sign-ups often come from the same few pieces. Some people make a first sale here. Many don't |
| 4. Prove the machine | 11–13 | 45 pieces, 8 weekly emails, 13 weeks of scoreboard, your day-90 review written | A small list and a routine you can keep. Income, if any, is small. Month four often feels like nothing is working. Keep going |
Your working day (60 to 90 minutes)
From week 3 on, every working day has the same four blocks. Do them in this order.
| Block | Time | Do this | Tool and prompt | Done when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Make | 25–35 min | Make and post one piece on your one channel, from your hook list | PromptWrite or Traffic Maestro (Premium), or ChatGPT. Video script · Written post · Image | It's live, with your Page A link in your bio or profile |
| 2. Talk | 15–20 min | Five real replies on other people's posts in your space. Answer every comment and message you got | Reply helper | 5 replies logged |
| 3. Invite | 10–20 min | Up to five invitations, only to people who've talked with you | Invitation reply | Invitations logged. Zero is fine on a day nobody asked |
| 4. Log | 5 min | Write today's numbers on your scoreboard | Your notes app or a sheet | Five numbers written |
The invitation, ready to paste. Your Page A link is already in it:

Your five days
| Day | Focus |
|---|---|
| Monday | Plan the week: pick 4 hooks from your list, then the four blocks. Join HBA's Monday night “What's Working Now” session (8 PM Eastern, open to every member) |
| Tuesday–Thursday | The four blocks. Premium members: one live coaching call a week, one question asked |
| Friday | The four blocks, then 20 minutes: scoreboard review, list cleanup (weekly checklist), and from week 4 your weekly email |
That's 4 pieces a week from week 3. Friday's piece is optional. Use Friday's time for the review if you're short.
Phase 1: Get ready and decide (weeks 1–2)
Weeks 1–2 · 60–90 min a day · you start verified, and finish with 3 pieces live and both clocks decided
Week 1: Get ready to post
Your funnel is built and tested. That's done, and it stays done. The next three days get you ready to post. Nothing gets posted yet.
| Day | Do | Time | Done when |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Copy your share links (week 2, below). Then build your person card with the avatar prompt. It starts from the HBA customer types Rob Fore researched and fits them to you. Then start your scoreboard: a note on your phone or a simple spreadsheet that you keep yourself, one row per working day. HBA doesn't have one. Neither the card nor the scoreboard goes into your funnel. Your funnel is done | 60 min | Share links bookmarked. Your person card pasted at the top of your scoreboard, and into your Traffic Maestro profile if you have Premium |
| 2 | 20 minutes in Premium: open Traffic Maestro. If it starts with a setup, finish it: that makes your first Marketing Profile. Answer in your own words for now; Prompt 1 fills in the rest in week 2. No Premium? Read the working day above instead | 20 min | Setup finished, and your profile shows when you click the gear icon |
| 3 | Read week 2 and pick your one channel from its table, so Monday starts with a decision already made | 15 min | Channel picked |
Week 2: Pick one channel, post three times, decide both clocks
| Day | Do | Time | Done when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mon | Pick your one channel (table below). Set up the profile. Write your bio with the bio prompt. Order your channel kit if you're using the budget for one (see $100) | 60 min | Profile live with Page A and "I earn from links I share" in it |
| Tue | Make your hook list: 30 hooks with the hooks prompt, in PromptWrite or Traffic Maestro while you have Premium, or in ChatGPT | 45 min | 30 hooks in a note |
| Wed | Piece 1 (video or post). Post it. Then 15 minutes of Talk | 60 min | Piece 1 live |
| Thu | Piece 2, then Talk. Decide FLA if your day 10 is this week | 60 min | Piece 2 live. FLA decided, yes or no |
| Fri | Piece 3, then Talk. Decide Premium (day 12). First scoreboard review | 75 min | Piece 3 live. Premium kept or canceled |
Your bio link is Page A.
Pick your one channel
| If you'll… | Choose | Why | HBA tool that helps | Start with |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| show your face on camera | Short video on one platform: YouTube Shorts, TikTok or Instagram Reels | Fastest to make; your face builds trust fastest | Traffic Maestro for topics; Smart Post (Premium) to publish the same video to other platforms too | Video script prompt |
| talk, but not show your face | Screen-recorded short videos (your screen, your voice) | Shows the tools working, which is what your person wants to see | Traffic Maestro for topics; Smart Post (Premium) | Video script prompt |
| write, not record | Written posts on your own Facebook or LinkedIn profile | Uses the network you already have; no editing | PromptWrite for drafts; Van Gogh for the image (Premium) | Written post prompt · Image prompt |
Pick one. Not two. Nine of every ten top producers in Rob Fore's 32-person study started on one channel. Smart Post sending the same video to more platforms is fine: that's distribution, not a second channel. You still only do the Talk block on your main one.
The two decisions (Thursday and Friday of week 2)
Each one is two questions. Do you want the product? And do you want to be paid when your customers buy it? HBA pays you only on products you own.
| Decision | Deadline | Keep or buy if… | Let it go if… |
|---|---|---|---|
| Financial Literacy Academy: $500 now, $1,000 after | Calendar day 10 after you joined | You want the course, or you're serious about the affiliate side. You earn on FLA only if you own it: about $400 on a half-price sale, $800 at full price, per Rob Fore's back office | You'd need to borrow it, or it would touch your $100 or your bills. You can buy it later at full price |
| Premium at $125 a month after the 14-day trial | Calendar day 12 (bills on day 15) | You're using the tools (Traffic Maestro, PromptWrite, Smart Post, coaching), or you're serious about the affiliate side. A customer on Premium pays you $100 a month only if you own it | $125 a month would strain your bills. Cancel under Manage subscription in your HBA Profile. This plan works without it, and you can add it back later |
Phase 1 gate: ✓ Setup verified · person card · one channel · 3 pieces live · both clocks decided. All five? Start Phase 2 on Monday.
Phase 2: The engine turns (weeks 3–6)
Weeks 3–6 · the four blocks every day · you finish with 20 pieces, 100 conversations and 2 weekly emails
Week 3: The four blocks, every day
- Mon–Fri: Make, Talk, Invite, Log. 4 pieces this week (7 total).
- Friday: 20-minute review. Which piece got the most replies? Write it down.
Week 4: Start your weekly email
- The four blocks, 4 pieces (11 total).
- Friday: send your first weekly email to your list, even if it's four people. Draft it with the weekly email prompt (or Email Alchemist inside the Emailer, if you kept Premium). About 150 words, one useful thing, one link. Send it from Emailer › Broadcast with Perfect Timing on.

- Log the weekly email on your scoreboard.
Week 5: Reuse what worked
- The four blocks, 4 pieces (15 total). Make one of them a new version of your best piece so far.
- Friday: weekly email 2.
Week 6: Count
- The four blocks, 5 pieces this week if you can (20 total).
- Friday: check the gate.
What to expect by now: you may have your first few sign-ups by week 6, or none yet. Both happen. Sales at this point are unusual. Judge these weeks on pieces and conversations, never on money.
Phase 2 gate: 20 pieces published · 100 conversations logged · 2 weekly emails sent.
Phase 3: Find what works (weeks 7–10)
Weeks 7–10 · the four blocks · you finish with your best 3 named, 10 new versions of them live, and 10 real questions answered
No ads. Among the 32 top producers Rob Fore studied, only 22% relied on paid ads, and only 2 of 15 active HBA promoters buy them at all. What works instead is more of what already works, and answering the questions people actually ask.
Week 7: Find your best three
- Open Emailer › Contacts/CRM › Advanced Search. Filter your list by TID to see which tracked link each sign-up came from. (Your share-links page gives each channel its own tracked version. Use them.)

- Look at your platform's own numbers: views, replies, profile clicks.
- Write down your best 3 pieces. Run the best-three prompt: it gives you ten more like them.
- The four blocks all week, using those new hooks (24 total).
- Friday: weekly email 3.
Weeks 8–9: Double down, and answer real questions
- Publish the ten new versions of your best three, one a day (32 total by end of week 9).
- Turn your single best piece into the other formats your channel allows, such as a short video into a written caption post, with the repurpose prompt. If you kept Premium, send your videos out with Smart Post too.
- Collect 10 real questions people asked you, in comments, messages or groups. Answer each one as a piece with the answer-a-question prompt. Someone asked each of these, so others like them are wondering too.
- Fridays: weekly emails 4 and 5.
Week 10: Judge it
- The four blocks (35 total).
- Friday: weekly email 6. Write one paragraph: did the new versions beat the originals? Which question-answers brought replies or sign-ups? Keep it for your day-90 review.
What to expect: sign-ups often come from the same few pieces. Some people make their first sale in this stretch. Many don't, and that isn't a verdict yet.
Phase 3 gate: 35 pieces · best 3 named · 10 new versions live · 10 questions answered.
Phase 4: Prove the machine (weeks 11–13)
Weeks 11–13 · the four blocks · you finish with 45 pieces, 8 weekly emails and your day-90 review
Weeks 11–12: More of the best
- Four blocks every day. Every other piece is a new version of a top-3 piece (43 total).
- Fridays: weekly emails 7 and 8.
- Don't add a second channel yet.
Week 13: Your day-90 review
- Four blocks Monday to Thursday (45 total).
- Friday: 45 minutes on the five questions below. Paste your scoreboard into the review prompt first. No new content.
- Which 3 pieces brought the most sign-ups, and what do they have in common?
- How many days did you do all four blocks? What stopped you on the others?
- Which kind of piece, a new version or a question-answer, worked better for you?
- Did anyone join HBA through you? If so, did you run the first-14-days play?
- What's the one thing you'll do more of in days 91–180?
That's 90 days. You now have a funnel that's proven, a channel with a track record, a list, and numbers of your own. Those numbers beat anyone's promise, including this one.
Your $100, and when to spend it
| When | What | Amount | Only if |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week 2 | Channel kit. Video with your face: a clip-on mic and a phone stand. Screen recording: a USB mic. Writing: nothing | up to $40 | You'll record. Sound matters more than picture |
| Whenever you pass about 30 sign-ups a month | One Emailer credit pack (15,000 emails) | $15 | You've checked auto-reload first |
| Anytime | Reserve | $45 | Toward keeping Premium a little longer while your first conversations turn into customers, or a second credit pack |
| Total | $100 | ||
Things you don't need to buy: ads, a domain (your pages are already hosted), a separate email tool (the Emailer is included), a course, a mentor, a list of leads. If anyone sells you one in your first 90 days, re-read this table.
Your scoreboard
Keep it in a notes app or a spreadsheet. One row per working day. Every Friday, add up the week.
| Number | Weekly target from week 3 | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Pieces published | 4–5 | Your channel |
| Real replies you gave | 20–25 | Your count |
| Invitations | Whatever real conversations allowed | Your count |
| New sign-ups | Trend up, from zero | Emailer › Contacts/CRM, your PPS list count |
| New customers | Don't set one | My Commissions (All tab) |
Hit the first three for 13 weeks and you'll have a track record of your own to judge, instead of a feeling.
If you fall behind
Keep one thing: publish one piece and reply to everyone. Skip the rest for the week. Then start Monday on the normal plan. Don't try to catch up by doubling a day. That's how week 3 becomes the last week.
Optional: people you already know
HBA's own training starts with friends and family. This plan doesn't, because it works without them. If you want to, here's the one rule and one script.
Rule: one-to-one messages only, from your own phone or inbox, to people you actually know. Never import them into the Emailer.
